2 Fides Health Care Management System in the Netherlands DevLogic designed and developed a Healthcare Management System web portal for Systicon. Fides is developed to support work of the psychiatrists in the Netherlands. Besides the day-to-day activities related to the work with patients, therapists can utilize powerful collaboration tools for knowledge exchange, on-line instant messaging, telephony integration etc. that are an integral part of Fides.

3 Business Requirement Customer Profile Innovative and efficiency driven software development company based in the Netherlands More than 5 years of experience in physician healthcare systems and support to physician organizations Founded the number one physician healthcare system in the Netherlands that is currently used by more than 150 physicians across the country The main objective of Systicon was to find an approach to beat the competition in the physician healthcare market and become the number one provider of the physician services in the Netherlands. The main focus of Fides is to empower physicians to work as efficiently as possible through use of smart technologies. By using latest achievements in web development and focusing on efficiency, Fides will be able to provide the services cheaper and better than the competition. Fides has contacted DevLogic for assistance in developing the web portal since the main focus is to enter the market with the introduction of new, web based software. Core functionalities: Dynamic web application with high level of user interaction provides physicians with fast and easy access to required information Easy access to patient information, knowledge base, instant messaging with other physicians, , online agenda and appointments management, case statistics etc. VoIP integration: Fides users can make telephone calls directly from their computers using a simple Web Interface embedded in the Fides web portal Administration modules are part of the same web application with restricted access. Same UI is used with simplified administration tasks Additional server is required to run VoIP server Due to specific legislation rules in the Netherlands, managing time spent with patients is highly important. Fides provides reporting capabilities and statistics reports that are used for direct communication with insurance companies. All invoicing towards insurance companies is automated and it is part of the standard Fides services

4 Technologies used: - ASP.NET MVC + JQuery - Java - MS SQL Server MS IIS/ MS Windows Server 2008 Project Implementation Path Kickoff session at DevLogic premises to initiate the discussion o Three developers including Fides project founder came to Sarajevo for a kickoff session of Fides development. The two days visit was used to understand the vision of the Systicon management and requirements of Fides service necessary for the success of the portal Following the sessions the team in Netherlands started writing functional requirements of the portal based on design provided by DevLogic, which is based on smart design and smart navigation DevLogic has participated in: o Web portal concept DevLogic has contributed in development of smart navigation and has proposed basic widget concept for multiple dashboards of the portal o Web portal design DevLogic has developed the design o Project management DevLogic is project managing own development team and providing assistance to the team in the Netherlands o Functional requirements creation Based on information provided from team in the Netherlands, DevLogic is assisting in writing of functional requirements o Technical assistance to the development team in the Netherlands DevLogic is providing assistance to the development team in the Netherlands related to ASP.NET, JavaScript and JQuery Database assistance
