These elearning resources are SCORM 1.2 compliant and can be deployed through either our ealliance SkillsServe or Learn and Grow platforms. Alternatively they may be deployed through your own existing LMS. We also provide a course hosting service via the web, enabling non-lms users to access our resources. In addition to your pc or laptop, these courses can be viewed on your mobile device. Law Managing Equality & Diversity is a very real challenge for managers and employees in today s workplace. With differences in gender, age, social, religion and sexuality, allied to differing lifestyle choices, values and behaviours, it is clear that organisations need to ensure that staff have access to resources to ensure they understand and recognise the importance of equality in the workplace. This project incorporated 2 strands: initially we worked through the titles to ensure their contents were in line and reflected existing legislation and we then took the opportunity to significantly improve the look, feel and interactivity of the courses. Titles include Slips, Trips and Falls along with Electricity and Fire and all come with a corresponding test: they can be launched and tracked via the ealliance LMS CheckPoint or alternatively, if the client has an existing platform, we can, as with all of the library, provide content only.
