5 schematic loans viz SME Saral Loan Scheme, SBBJ Marble plus loan scheme, SBBJ SME Connect Loan Scheme, SME Transport Operator Loan Scheme, Construction Equipment Loan Scheme etc. (D)Concession to External Credit Rated (ECR) Borrowers MSE units which have been assigned SME credit risk Rating-SME 1 to SME 3 (on a Scale of SME-1 to SME-8) or Performance & Credit Rating for MSEs : SE 1A, SE 1B, SE 2A, SE 2B (On a Scale of SE-1A to SE-5C), by Bank s approved Rating Agencies, are eligible to get concession in interest rate by 25 bps. These units would also get 0.25% concession in interest rate if there is more than 100% security (Realizable value) as collateral. Other guidelines. In case of Govt. sponsored Schemes & Schematic lending, interest rate would be as per the Scheme.. Aggregate limit exposure of the borrower will be the criterion to decide on the interest slabs. Aggregate limit would include all Fund (including sanctioned amount of term loans) and NFB Credit limits.. In case of existing accounts, if the existing effective interest rate is lower than the revised card rate, the existing interest rate will continue to be charged till the expiry of concession of interest, if any or review/renewal of credit facilities, whichever is earlier.. As per extant instructions, in any case concession in interest rate may be allowed, subject to the intt. Rate not falling below base rate. *****
