Failure to satisfactorily complete and submit the Bidder s may result in a determination that your submission is non-responsive. Bidders are strongly advised to use the Bidder s supplied herein. The bidder should make additional copies, if necessary. BIDDER S GEAR-UP AND TRANSITION PLAN All bidders, including any present or incumbent contractor(s) should submit a detailed gear-up and transition plan with their bid proposal using the Bidder which follow. The plan should be designed to show the University that the bidder would be able to establish complete and satisfactory contract operation on the contract start date. The Gear-Up Plan should be submitted with the proposal using the following sheets.
