EHA Member Comments Perfect Beverage EHA Wellness program really helps me focus on a healthy lifestyle. I love how easy it was to update my water drinking through the reminders. I like focusing on one aspect of health at a time. It's not overwhelming to make small changes. Love the daily s and the quotes. It was like a pep rally every morning to keep me on track. This has been the BEST wellness program that I have participated in. I did not drink water prior to this program. Now it has become a habit to drink water in place of a soda. Thank you for the "push" in the right direction. These programs are excellent combination and I know with exercise, good nutrition, hydration and sleep my health has improved tenfold. As a whole I feel 100 times better then when I started. The Wellness program encourages and promotes wonderful opportunities for a healthy lifestyle. I LOVE it!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!! I drink water all the time...i just didn't know how many cups a day I was drinking. I drink eight or more cups a day. I also like several of the recipes. Thank you for putting these programs together...i have shared with many of my friends and family members. They always want to know "how do you know so much about eating healthy" and I give EHA Wellness the credit. I love the daily check in and the recipes. EHA is Awesome!! Love the program!!! Great program. Every day, I enjoy reading the . I feel energized by reading all the fun facts! Keep up the good work. When I began last year I was 287 lbs after following the wellness program I am now down to 230lbs. Taking steps to quit smoking! I am a true fan of the EHA Wellness organization. I have personally gained something from each segment!
I just have liked all the programs because I am accountable to something. Your s were so timely! Was getting frustrated with having to find a bathroom so often and the said that it would get better as time went on. I would have cut back on the water if you would not have had that info in your . Drinking more water has been a New Year's resolution for several years now. I can finally say that I have kept that resolution and made it part of my normal routine. Thank you so much!! I like doing these challenges - everyone wins and there is so much support during the challenge. Positive results that can change bad habits. Water was a good thing for me, the rest was pretty easy. The doctor encouraged me always to drink more water, but it took your program to install it for me. Thank you! This is the BEST wellness activity that I have participated in. I did not drink water before this program. Now I drink water in place of a soda. Thank you. This was such a good program to have this time of year. I'm so good about drinking water in the summer, but this reminded me to keep that good habit now. This program is a wonderful motivator because the s that come on a regular basis work for me like a life coach. The gentle reminders to consider if you are on track or not. When I get and ...i think about it throughout the day and I really do make better choices. The bright water bottle was a great reminder to make water the first choice of beverage. Love the variety of health programs! The s to keep track and as reminders really help. Thanks for sponsoring these types of programs. I LOVED this challenge. Before the challenge I was drinking mostly diet pop and knew it was time to slow down. It took about 2 weeks for my headaches to stop and now I'm craving water! I definitely plan to continue drinking more water as I just feel better when I do! Thanks so much for the water bottle I take it everywhere I go. I have been drinking a lot more water since this challenge.
Love this program! I love the programs and the daily check-in. I don't feel like I'm alone in participating in the program. I love the recipes and the health tips that are given daily. Love this program. I really enjoyed this program, as soon as I made sure I drank at least 40 ounces of water every day, I just felt better. I always thought I drank enough water, but soon realized I had not. I will make sure that I will continue to drink enough water each day, many days I found myself drinking a little more than the 40 oz. Thanks for the program, it was a great reminder to stay hydrated. I also enjoyed the idea of "lemon" ice cubes. I like having this program to help me remember that I needed to finish up every day. I really like the website and the recipes that you post every day I didn't lose any more weight but did maintain where I am at. Thank you for being my partner in staying healthy. Love the water bottle. Seeing it reminds me to drink it!! Just looking at s and such daily helps remind me to do make changes or make positive choices. I quit drinking soda!! I can see how concentrating on one aspect of an overall health improvement plan can really bring about positive changes! I have gone the entire month without a can of Diet Pop! It feels awesome! Doing these has made me more aware of things I eat and drink all the time! It's hard for me to do certain exercise because I have really bad knees and legs but I try super hard anyway to succeed! Great program. Nice tracking system. Great reminders. I really enjoyed the water bottle and this challenge, because it made me do something that I would normally not do. And it was also great having a water bottle that was not too big. I didn't gain a pound during the holiday season and I see that as a definite win! I usually start a weight increase at Thanksgiving and see about a 3-5 increase by the end of December. I then spend the spring losing it. Now I
don't have to and I will definitely pay attention to the 40 oz a day. I believe I have added it to my good habits list! I enjoyed reading all the information about water, too! I love water now!! Drinking 40 ounces of water seemed at first to be insurmountable, but eventually I was able to do it, no problem! I am really loving this program. Help me to stay focused on my goal. I started being healthy over Oct I lost 40 pounds and have maintained for close to a year. Water really helps! It is so important. Best of all I have been migraine free for over 1 year. I suffered many years and the meds did not work, water and healthy food did! My EHA buddy has kept me accountable! I have lost weight since being on this program, it has really helped me stay accountable to myself since I have to be reporting on the wellness log! It has really helped my medical conditions tremendously!! Thank you for allowing me to be a wellness buddy. Appreciate all the hard work that goes into preparing and sharing these wellness challenges. It really does make a positive difference! Thanks! I really liked how you changed the progress charts. It is much easier to see a whole month at a time. Was able to reduce my soda consumption considerably. Excellent program to learn when getting thirsty seek water first. I am very happy to have lost 15 pounds. I am going to continue to drink plenty of water. I don't miss the pop. I have more energy now. I love seeing the stats in the s. They seem well researched. It's encouraging to see soda consumption going down overall. Pushed me to drink less sugary and more water. I lost 4 pounds I feel better now that I have stopped drinking diet soda. Thanks for propelling me to this helpful decision.
It was fun. Encouraging. Awesome! This was an excellent challenge for me, I was able to get some family members to drink water instead of a sugary drink, I could tell a difference on those days I didn't have water, I lost 3 lbs., I slept better and I will continue to drink more water. Being part of a program helps with accountability. This program keeps me in check! I've already been pretty good at drinking water as my sole beverage of choice, but I love the challenge! I met the goal 27 of 31 days. I call that great! Great recipes! Liked the water facts! As a nursing mom, this challenge was easy. Although holidays threw off the routine and had to remember to drink as much water. Great challenge. Recipes and facts about water were great! s were a good reminder each day to get my water cup filled for the day. The program helped me become more aware of my water intake. By increasing my water for the day I became more aware of when I needed water. At times I felt thirstier and craved water more. I learned SO much from the daily s about how much water does for my body! I appreciated the fact that the s were short but very informative. I'm so happy with your program, I want to continue at your program. Thank you! I know that water consumption is important but until this challenge I didn't take the time to focus on drinking water. I have also cut out drinking soda because of it.
Great programs! I feel so much better on the days that I drink water!! Now my body craves it! I hope to continue with this activity. I did feel better while doing it. Made me more conscious about what I drink and how often. Good information to know. Enjoy the programs and the water bottle will help drink more water and less soda. I drank good but less sugary drinks. Found that my eating was better. I did not eat as much drinking water and did not miss the pop or tea that I usually drank. I really became conscious about just having water or unsweetened iced tea or coffee as my beverages when I was at a restaurant. Sometimes it is just automatic to ask for a soft drink. This habit changed with this exercise. I never drink sugared beverages but during this month I reduced my diet soda from an everyday habit to only 5 days for the month. I've enjoyed the water bottle. I never drink soda, but this helped to adhere to my convictions that soda, whether, diet or not is not helpful to sustaining good health. I feel so much better now that I have replaced my sodas with water. I joined Weight Watchers about 10 years ago and that is one of the best things I learned at the meetings. I cannot leave home without taking a bottle of water. Replaced soda with water. Still drink a few sodas, but am trying to stick with water. It was hard at first but I forced myself to drink water and now it's easy I think I did better during the holidays about drinking water than I would've without the program. It probably helped with feeling more full and being able to stay away from snacks during holidays. I will continue to drink more water and would like to get to 80 oz per day! This was a great starting point!
Lost 3 lbs. and drank lots more green tea. Loved this challenge. I was conscious about what I was drinking almost at all times during my days. I enjoy these programs because they make me more mindful about my choices and actions. I started drinking more water a few years ago and it does make a remarkable difference in your health. I've been trying to drink 60 oz. of water per day for good health. Drinking water was a good thing for my body. I felt like it filled me up so I wouldn't eat so much. It helped flush my system out! Good awareness! Drinking more water has helped me reduce the frequency of headaches. It is so easy to grab a soda - the water bottle was a great reminder to drink water as a first choice beverage. I feel better when I drink more water and cut back on soda. Thanks for this program. Water bottle works well and I was more aware of drinking water. I have learned throughout this month and with my doctor's evaluation that prior to this activity - I have been dehydrated and the doctor recommended more "water"! So the wake-up call was supported by this activity. Thank you. I am more conscience about tracking the intake of water before I just drink water not realizing it wasn't enough, this was an eye-opening for me, thank you! Recipes were good. This one was easy as far as drinking water simply because a couple years ago, I started drinking lots more water! I got "hooked". As far as sodas, we only drink diet sodas so eliminating sugary drinks wasn't an issue. Due to this program I became more aware of what I was drinking. I also became aware of how much water I was drinking which ended up making
me drink more than the 40 oz a day. Not only did I lose pounds but I lost inches which took me down 3 sizes!! I was happy at Christmas that my family noticed the change in my looks!! This was my best Christmas present!!! I look forward to the New Year!! Learned some things I didn't know about. I enjoyed it. Love water. I think I did a really good job on this challenge. Thanks!!! The information provided concerning the impact of water on the body was very interesting and informative. It helps me while I had bronchitis this month to stay on an even keel and not get too laid up! This was a great program and will continue to do it! This challenge definitely made me aware of the amount of water I drink during the day. I stopped drinking soda and feel so much better. I started drinking water about 5 years ago and believe it is the reason, that at 65 yrs of age, I am only on 2 prescription meds. And one of them just in the last 6 months. I happen to live on a farm in Nebraska where we have the very best water. And it's free!!! :) As a Curves patron, we are encouraged to drink 64 oz of water daily. I have reached my goal but still love my water!! I always enjoy tracking my progress because it helps me see if there are particular days of the week that I need to work on. The main reason I lost weight during this challenge is that I had a baby. Great program idea! It really made me conscientious about drinking water instead of pop. Excellent program! Love the "fun facts" you include in your articles. They are great pieces of information to share with my students!
I really liked this challenge. I gave up drinking soda (pop) three years ago and it has made a nice difference in my overall health. Thank you for emphasizing the importance of drinking water and staying away from sugar loaded choices. Appreciate all the tips that are part of the program. Very interesting materials were presented. Made me realize once again how important water is for our health!! Thanks for this program. First, I stopped drinking diet pop and switched to ginger ale. Then, I actually lessened my pop drinking to one can a week!! Now I feel I can totally eliminate pop altogether. This program helped me realize my need to stay hydrated. I actually enjoyed drinking more water and felt better. I appreciated all the facts raising the awareness of the benefits of drinking water. Thank you for the water bottle! It made it more convenient to take water with me when I was on the go! I love the knowledge that came with the program. Drinking more water made my skin look better. I liked this program! I have been trying to reduce the amount of sodas I drink and this was a good incentive to choose water instead of a soda. I like the bottle! I've always been a water drinker, but I didn't realize that I wasn't drinking enough during the day. Awesome program. I did better at not being hungry so much during the day by drinking more water. Did not miss pop! It just amazing how drinking more water can affect your whole body. I feel so much better when I drink the right amount of water. I have drank tons of water and have to use the restroom more often because of it!!
I am really glad I took on this challenge. It became a habit to drink water. Enjoyed thinking about drinking more water. With the green bottle at my desk, it made me think about drinking water. I liked this program. I like a challenge. I do feel better with more water. Just have a few sips of pop once in awhile I just became more conscious of what I needed to be doing. Thanks! I realize the consequences of pop and other sugary drinks, but I still drank too many of them. This past month I made a fervent effort to eliminate those drinks from my diet. Hard to do but great program! More water less coffee feel better overall rating better too. I already drink a lot of water, I drink it from a glass that has measurements on the side so you can see how much you are drinking. It cues you to drink more and not guess how much you drink. Awesome program!! Drinking water daily!! Great incentive to give up soda! One Saturday, I was very busy and didn't pay attention to drinking extra water. By the end of the day, I had a headache and just didn't feel "right". I drank a bottle of water and immediately felt better! I am so grateful for this program. It is great to have the reminders and incentive to work to be better. I am all about every day is a new day and trying to be more healthy. I love the reminders...still could use a little more discipline. This made me think about drinking more water, and made me try harder to drink at least 5 cups of water. Thank you so much. I have shared these with my own children, who are very health conscious!
It was good to know that I have been doing the right things in the past. Loved this one! I loved this program! I hadn't realized I hadn't been drinking enough water! I've participated in many of the challenges. This one, however, seemed to resonate with me the most. I will continue to try to drink the 40 oz daily, as I am beginning to see the benefits. Good program. Helped me be much more aware of my water intake. Thanks! Good program! Getting at Yedi cup for a gift helped me and will continue to make it easier to get lots of water in during the day. Lot's easier to drink up icey cold water!! Program made me aware of how much diet coke I drank and I made a drastic decrease in that. Thank you for a great program. I was more aware of what I was drinking and chose water over sodas most of the time. A good reminder to listen to my body and not wait to drink my water. Was getting so busy during the month with the end of the semester that I was not getting my water in, perfect time for this challenge! I needed the boost to give up diet pop and this did it. Only have had 3 pops all the month of December. Feeling better and lost 2 pounds. I love the challenges and the recipes. The daily "facts" are so interesting. Keep up the good work. Feeling good! Learned a lot about H2O that I had no idea about. Enjoyed the session! I noticed the more water I drank the better I felt. I drank a lot more water with the provided bottle. It was a reminder that water is very important.
Has made a difference in my water consumption. Just being accountable This wellness challenge made me more aware of how much water I should be and was actually drinking. I felt I wasn't drinking enough water before so I kept better track of how much I was consuming. I was surprised at how much better I feel since I started drinking more water! My excuse was always that the water at school isn't cold, but I froze a little water in the bottom of my new bottle and found the solution to my water woes. :) Feel so much better and more energy. Love the recipes! I added an app to remind me to drink water and how much to drink. Physically I felt better when I gave up Diet Coke. I found out that it was upsetting my stomach. I began to drink hot tea, which is natural and I have felt much better. I allow myself only one cup a day. I have also begun to drink a lot more water and my mind has been more clear and I feel more energized. I have never been a sugary drink person, but did realize I had been drinking too much Diet Coke. The change has been good. Thanks! reminders kept me on track! I drank more water! I bought 24 pks of water to have at the job. All of us ladies in the kitchen drink water at work and at home. I do drink more now than I ever have. I have definitely developed healthier habits. During this challenge, I was also pregnant; therefore, drinking water was a normal routine at this point. I did find myself feeling better than when I would drink juice or decaf during breakfast though. I did drink more water than usual so I think it helped keep me healthy. I was a pretty good water drinker but having the goal helped. I did cut down my soda intake, even with the holidays, but hope to do even better now. Felt better overall drinking more water. It has helped me with his pregnancy!!
Good program and great reminder about water. This program was very motivational and held me accountable to drinking lots of water each day! Great program! Focused on drinking water everyday while in my office. The program helped me intentionally consume water at work and at home. Great idea! The focus on water helped to get rid of the "need" for coffee, too! Loved the improved function of my digestion and colon. Will continue drinking way more than I ever have before!!!! Thank you for the very nice program! Drinking the right amount of water, helps eliminate hunger. When I stopped drinking the pop I have a lot less heartburn and feel a lot better. Helped me get started- set up reminders on my fitness band to remind me at time intervals to drink- that helped. Will continue doing this. The program encouraged me to drink more water instead of Diet Coke. Thanks for the information, constructive advice, and encouragement! Water is my preferred choice of beverage. Loved the water bottle. Easy to use & 100% spill-proof. Able to carry in bag daily. Already had to drink water due to medications on, but this had to be a good program for those who need to drink more. Water bottle was awesome! Thank you! I have increased awareness of needing to drink water to rehydrate or to curb hunger.
Program held me accountable to what I consumed - very easy to reach for a soda because it is convent, but opted for filling the water bottle instead. I need the reminders of everyday hints. The daily messages were very informative. I feel I benefited from this program. I was amazed at how well my body felt with the more water I consumed than any other drink! Thanks for helping me push more water! Did better at taking my water places besides just home and work. Excellent program! I would like this challenge to continue with another challenge. I am a serious water drinker. This program allowed me to refocus on water and health in general. I really appreciated all the information about the benefits of drinking water. I knew much of it already, but there was new information for me. I felt this new information was extremely good and helpful. Thank you for this program. Drank 40 or more oz of water daily. I felt better and could tell the difference. Very helpful. Eliminating sugary drinks makes me feel so much better!!! I enjoyed the recipes. It is always good to have the nutrition information including calories and fiber. Thank you! I loved learning the importance of water. I have always known water is important to all beings but I did not know some of the great facts that were shared each day. I would like to have a copy of all days to put on my bulletin board. Thank you!!! Great program for keeping me on track!
This program made me more aware of the benefits of drinking water. I became more conscious of how much water I consumed. I like the goal of 40 oz but I normally put my goal at 64 oz. I just noticed that the more I drink water the less hungry I am at meal times. Plus, I used to not drink a lot of water before this challenge and when it started I noticed the change when I did drink the required amount or more. So, I plan to continue to drink more water not only for my health but because of the benefits it supplies too. This challenge kept me aware of my own personal health habits and the importance of consuming enough water. Thank you for another great program! I discovered that I enjoy drinking more water. It satisfied my thirst so much more! I love this challenge. I already drink a lot of water but it is a great reminder on days you get busy. I knew I needed to drink more water and this helped me do it. Program reminds me to get water before other drinks and think more about what I am consuming. Also, how important water is for your health. This program motivated me to begin taking water and ice tea to work! It's hard to lose weight over the holidays, but I am going to continue to drink more water from now on. This was an easy challenge for me. I gave soda up about five years ago. This was a great and educational program, especially for someone who does not like plain water. It was a great way to keep me thinking about drinking water more when the winter months are here. Great! Love the programs very much. Kept me on track!
I became more aware of my water consumption and reading the ways to hydrate helped me to stay on track. My body became used to drinking more water and I was very thirsty when I was not drinking enough water during a recent vacation. The more water we drink, the less sugary drinks we want. This was a good challenge. Loved the water bottle. Drinking water all day was a hard but good challenge when you have coffee and sodas at your work place. But I feel good and skin looks fantastic. I replaced sugary drinks with water, black coffee, or unsweetened ice tea. I felt I had more energy, yet lost 10 pounds. The water really worked! I was also motivated by others at work but personally did better during the two weeks off at break as I eliminated much of the coffee drinking then. I always appreciate the programs. Thank you! This challenge really helped with increasing water consumption, something I have been wanting to achieve for a while :) I was a Crystal Light drinker. I am off of Crystal Light, drinking water with lemon or lime. I give credit to this challenge. This was a very good idea. Thank you. I drank water before I started this month, but now I am trying to cut back on the soda more! Reading the facts about the amount of sugar in soft drinks made it much easier to eliminate drinking them. The daily facts always encouraged me and helped me to want to drink more water. Drinking water daily is so important and something I try to do already. However, having it as the focus on one of the programs really helped me make it a priority! Thank you! While I don t drink many sugary drinks to start with, this program helped me to actually drink more water on a regular basis. Became more aware of how much water I need to drink. More than I knew. Made me think before I reached for that other drink over the holiday season.
The recipes are very good and my family also enjoys them. I haven't had a pop since this all started! It was great! Made me aware of how much water I need to drink in a day. More than I knew. Made me think before I reached for that other drink over this holiday season I've never had a problem with drinking water. My challenge came with not drinking the other stuff namely Dr. Pepper. I fear I am addicted to it so I will continue this challenge and wean myself off the sugary drink! Reminders are great! This was something I already do daily and have for many years, so it did not change anything for me. I did enjoy the challenge in that it made me more aware of tracking what I was drinking. I am not a coffee or soda drinker, but do have tea every day for health reasons. Other than that I always drink water. Enjoy reading the facts and the instructions of the program. Good to reinforce and learn the things that are important for well-being. This is a very good program. Even though I tend not to drink a lot of sugary drinks I do tend to drink coffee and tea. It made me more aware of what I was consuming and made me think about drinking more water throughout my day. The idea of 40 oz. and actually keeping track of how much I was drinking seemed more effective for me. A habit I developed as a child was drinking a glass of water when I got up in the morning and one when I went to bed - old habit for me. I liked seeing the tips on why water consumption is so important. I shared these tips with my kids! I have reduced the amount of diet soda that I drink. Thanks for providing this great challenge! This was the best challenge by far! I have been drinking water for a while now and I was able to complete the challenge daily!! I've stopped drinking pop so there was little temptation to drink any!! Thanks for a great challenge!!
Good information that helped me become more aware of water consumption. It is difficult to do this in the Holiday Season. I'm much more motivated and have less temptations into the New Year. I already drank this amount of water and didn't drink many sugary drinks. That's why I listed that this probably did not make me more healthy, even though I followed the guidelines. The combination of these 4 programs is very beneficial. I lost 7 pounds after replacing coffee, pop, and lemonade with water. Because I was drinking so much caffeine my stomach had become tender and full of gas which was extremely uncomfortable. Once I replaced caffeinated beverages with water the discomfort literally disappeared and I haven't looked back. The best thing was eliminating soda. I could always drink more water but the soda at ballgames gets me. Keep the fun going! Being involved in the programs really made me stop and think about what I was drinking. By leaving the sugary drinks alone I slept better and nights. Thanks! This was easy as I've never been one to consume sweet drinks. I already drink 250+ oz of water a day while at school especially. I started this while nursing/pumping for my baby, and continued now that I am pregnant again. This was an easy one! =) I agree, water is very important to one s health. I learned so much from the daily s that I didn't know about how important water is for the body!! Thank you so much!! The articles about the importance of water were very good because it helped to keep me focused on drinking more water. It helps to be reminded about why water is necessary for the health and well-being of my body. I purposely made a point to drink a lot more water daily.
The water bottle did help/remind me to drink more water! I really was not noticing how little or no water I was drinking during the day. This program, along with the s, kept reminding me how important it is to drink at least 5 cups of water each day. My health has improved, and I now am in the "water-drinking" habit. It was a difficult month to try to abstain from "unhealthy" beverages, but the s from EHA were a nice reminder to be sure to continue drinking enough water during the holidays!! Awesome program. Each time I log in, it really makes me think about the next day and meeting goals. This program helped me make sure I got my water in for each day! I gave up drinking soda. It has been great. Water is all I need. Love the bottle! Like the daily tracking. Helps explain stay accountable. Nice water bottle. My grandson liked it! My skin and eyes did not feel as dry and I my total body felt much better! I used the challenge to keep me on target and then it just started becoming routine without much thought to it. I loved all of the interesting facts about water vs sugary drinks. It's so sad that so many seem to be "hooked" on sugary beverages. Even though my results don't show that I drank as much water as needed I did drink water every day. I used to never drink water all I drank was pop all day, every day. This was a challenge for me but since then I have drank more water in the past month than in the previous 6 months combined. I will continue to work on drinking water and consuming less pop. I have always enjoyed water, sometime in the winter I slack off, this program kept me on track to maintain the water consumption.
I drink plenty of water everyday but I still need to get off of soda. I have stopped drinking soda several times but for some reason always go back. This is a goal for me for Thanks! Helped me think more about how much I am drinking. It was good for me to challenge myself to drink more water. I drank a lot more water than I thought I did. I feel so much better when I drink plenty of water. The three pound weight loss was a bonus! The days my schedule did not interrupt, I did great, but I knew when I wasn't. I believe it help me be aware of what I was drinking during the day and will continue because it really wasn't that hard. Thanks! Nice water bottle fits the treadmill water bottle slot. Great program!!! I love the recipes! Water is always my drink of choice! Encouraged me to drink more water. Great, thank you! Love the reminders to record progress. I enjoyed the information about how important drinking water is for your health. It was a learning experience. It made push the water far more than if I hadn't participated! Thanks! Enjoyed this a lot and really got into a good habit of drinking water. Feeling great. Drinking water as described has enabled me to recover from a bad case of food poisoning that hospitalized me for 1 week with severe dehydration. (I was sick 2 weeks before. I had a rare form of ecoli poisoning)
I have been on the Ideal Protein program since May. It has helped me learn more about healthy eating - while losing weight! The water is a must with the IP program. Good program! I found that on the days I concentrated on drinking almost all water instead of other kinds of beverages, I felt better and had more energy. I was surprised at how easy it was to consume 40 oz. of water a day. At first it seemed difficult, but I was able to surpass the minimum required most days! I have always drank lots of water as I don't drink anything else. So this was not new for me, but was still nice to get the s and all the positive information about what water does for our bodies. God made the best drink for us free and readily available. I feel so much better when I'm hydrated. I really paid attention to what I felt like in the morning when I got up and was dehydrated and how I felt after I drank about 30 ounces of water shortly after getting up and became hydrated. What a positive difference. Thank you for the water bottle! The daily reminder of drinking water helped me achieve my goal. Love the challenges! I like the challenges! Thanks for the water bottle :) I quit drinking soda pop completely and feel better. Love water with a little lemon to give a little flavor! I would sometimes leave my g-mail open and my husband would read the s about water consumption. He learned a lot and started drinking water more often, too! I learned so much about my body's need for water and its benefits. It's convinced me that I need to be drinking more water. I liked all the recipes and made some too!! Also I liked to read about all the benefits we had when we drink at least 40 ounces of water each day. Thanks a lot!!!!
Sometimes I would leave my g-mail open and my husband would read the posts about water. He learned a lot and is drinking more water because of it! I also learned much about the need for more water consumption, and its health benefits, which has increased my water-drinking habits. Great suggestions and helpful encouragement Water is my main drink around 5 to 6 bottles a day. Thank you! Better than some previous holiday seasons for sure. Water just tastes so good! I appreciated the information on all of the benefits of water. I love the water bottle! It took me a while to get use it. It does not leak. Hard at first to drink that amount of water while teaching and having to use the restroom at limited times! Very good program! This challenge really got me back to where I wanted to be. It has helped with my overall health and has made a difference in my workouts. So thankful. Made me more aware of my water and sugary drinks behavior. Helped me reduce weight and was not as tired at the end of the program. I felt so much better from my stomach after the 3 day of drinking water. This made me more aware of the need to drink more water. I drink a lot of water anyway but this helped make me want to do so more. I drink at less 5 cups each day. As far as me my weight I only weigh 142 and 5' 6" tall I cannot lose much more. But I do like to do your programs each mouth it keeps me on track. So thank you all very much. My hubby and I have been trying to drink extra water for leg cramps. It seems to be working. There was so much information in the daily newsletters. Loved it.
I have always been fairly good with drinking water but this helped me get even better results. I'm terrible about drinking water but making improvements! I appreciate the s because it reminds me to drink. Thank you! I found myself not wanting to drink soda. The recipes are great for new ideas! I have always tried to drink water over other drinks. This just kept me better on track over vacation time. This is good. It was a great way to encourage and monitor healthy habits. This is the hardest one for me to do. I do not drink a lot of anything, so it was hard to drink that much water. I usually have one soda a day and still do, it is my one pleasure I take besides walking each day. Overall it does keep you aware of your intake of food and water. Less jittery, better sleep. Remember to drink more water! s great reminders to drink water each day. I really enjoyed this program. Thanks! Drinking the 5 cups of water was hard at first but it did make me feel better when I was more hydrated. Great program this month! Good for the reminder to drink more water. I increased my work out. Checking the program each day was a great reminder to drink more fluids. I cut out pop about a year ago now and only drink water. It is amazing how much better I feel and how much my skin looks healthier. Thanks for the challenge although this one was easy to do for me!!
I did adopt the habit of just drinking good ice water throughout the day and also reduce the amount of coffee I have in the morning by substituting water. Elimination of sugary drinks and more water helps you to lose weight! Easy challenge, only drink water- and managed to drink even more through the month. Love this! Thank you! I enjoy trying the new recipes. I very seldom have a soda or any drink that contains sugar. I use Splenda in my coffee and have for years. I usually drink about 60 oz. or more of water a day and plan to continue to do so. This program has had a lot of good information on how to improve my health. Thank you. This helped me realize how much coffee I actually drink each day. I have scaled down on my coffee intake and will continue to challenge myself to drink more water. It has also made me want to start an exercise routine. Love the water bottle. Free items keep me participating! One of the best programs yet!!! It was a great challenge for those who did not typically drink enough water. I however, have made this change in my lifestyle years ago, so it wasn't as much as a challenge for me :) Love the water bottle! A good program...drinking lots of water is important to everyone's overall health. I drink lots of water... so the program was easy one for me. Enjoyed the recipes as well. I became very mindful of how much water I was drinking. I tried to drink the 40 oz. but with the Christmas break and out of a routine it was hard to maintain - but I am more aware and have tried to increase my water intake. I did not track my weight but felt less full around my "middle". Fun and easy program, thanks!
Turns out I like water! :) This was a great way to get started drinking more water and the results have been amazing. I feel so much better and without this program to assist me I may not have started this program. I have all my water bottles with me today and I will continue this program! Thank you! I loved this challenge at this time period because I drank more water which gave me a more full feeling and I ate less snacks and holiday treats. This is the first holiday season I did not gain a bunch of weight. I only gained 2 pounds and believe me I did over indulge on the sugar cookies so I am glad for the water! It amazed me to discover how much better I felt when I drank enough water each day. It also helps with weight control. I started drinking a glass of water as soon as I got up, and I truly believe that helps me feel better in the morning. The more water I would drink throughout the day, the more water I would want which made it easier. I appreciated the information & research data. It was presented in an easy to read/follow written manner with great graphics. I enjoyed this challenge - and I honestly can tell now, when I don't drink at least 40 ounces of water a day. I now start my morning with at least 12 ounces measured out. I liked the information too. I loved this challenge. I had cut back on pop before this challenge even happened, but I was terrible at keeping up on drinking water. This challenged has helped me increase my water intake. Although I have always drank a lot of water and eliminated sugary drinks long ago I thank you for the wonderful facts about water and what it does for the body. Some I didn't know some I simply forgot. Loved the positive things that came from this program. I have been able to cut out the sugary drinks without feeling deprived. Thanks. This challenge really pushed me to make sure I did drink all of my water plus some for the day. I have not had soda for over a year but wouldn't always drink the water that I needed. I make sure I stick to at least 40 oz. every day!!
I have stopped drinking diet coke. It was hard to give it up but I am so glad I have gone cold turkey. Go 2016!!! This was a great activity. I am a water drinker anyway, it was a way for me to share that love of water with others! Thank you! Always tough during the Holiday Season and winter time. But I like participating in these challenges as awareness always helps! I already drink a lot of water each day and do not drink soda pop or energy drinks. Bottle reminding to drinking water. Forces you to be more conscious about what you drink. I already drink lots of water each day but it s always good to have to record what you eat and drink. I have always carried a water bottle and drink the recommended amount per day so this was an easy challenge; however, I lost my favorite water bottle before Christmas so it was nice to have a new one on hand! Turns out I like water :) I have started drinking a ton more water. This was my favorite because I have changed my life and am a faithful water drinker!!!!! Loved the idea for increasing water and lessening sugary drinks. I have experienced sinus issues over the past month and I believe the reminders to drink water and stay hydrated helped me through and kept me energized well enough to function productively at home and in the office. With the help of this program I make it a point to drink at least (3) 32 oz. of water during my work schedule and I do not miss the soda drinks whatsoever. I thought this program was important and informative.
Feeling good! I loved knowing that I had to drink water, not only for the program, but I am also pregnant so this helped me think of my baby, as well. Now water is just something that happens normally instead of being a "chore" that I have to do during the day. Great way to remind people to drink water when it s on the where you see it all day long at work. Thanks! I enjoy the opportunity to participate on the program. My goal is not to lose pounds, is to have a healthy daily living. I already did not drink sugary drinks and did consume water during the day. But, this program helped me to realize that on weekends, I was not drinking water as much. I started filling a cup at home as I have at school and saw a huge difference in my eating between meals. This was easy since I was already doing the things that were a part of this initiative. I loved being more conscience of drinking water. Thanks. Very important, easy first step to being healthier. These challenges are awesome! Keeps me accountable. Thank you so much! I really like that we started a program here at school. It s just another time I can put a little exercise in my day. I gave up the habit of soda drinking, can feel the difference. If I drink enough water I reduce the frequency of my headaches. We are having a contest at work and it is great to have this as an extra help in our goal to lose weight and get more healthy. Even with the holidays and being off work for 2 weeks I lost weight, which is great! Didn't drink quite 40 oz but close...it was more of 32 oz/day and reduced sugary drinks. Productivity at work/home is good and I felt well. Thanks for the water bottle I really liked it and used it every day.
Have been much better with drinking more water instead of diet coke. Great program, enjoyed it! This helped me be aware of my poor water habits. I realized I rarely drank water!! Thanks to this challenge, I am more aware of my need to drink water and use several of the tips provided. Thank you!! This program helps me a lot. Thank you! Great program and great recipes. Great program! I thought this was going to be an easy challenge but it was harder than I thought to get rid of my soda habit. I wouldn't say my habit is gone but it has been easier to pick up a bottle of water rather than reaching for the soda I usually would go for. I love the programs, they help me so much - me and entire family. I couldn't believe that I was able to kick a few pounds just by not drinking as much soda as I was. I didn't change much else, as I usually drink a fair amount of water per day. Great program and recipes. Thank you! I have totally given up soda - thank you! Currently drinking no pop at all. (before at least 2 cans a day) Sorry for the late update - I was gone for two weeks. But I am back. Thank You! Happy to see water highlighted and encouraged. So important!! Thank you! Love this program. I lost 5 pounds during the holidays by just drinking water! Loved this program because it got me thinking about my consumption of water much more than before the program! I normally drink at least 5 to 8 glasses of water a day.
I enjoyed this challenge and felt healthier and more ready to take on my day due to my increase in water. Definitely more aware of the coffee I drink and switch to water. Eating out gets a glass of water with the meal instead of the soda which is a double win, water and $$$. Keep the ideas coming. This program helped me really think about the amount of water I was drinking each day. It really does make a difference to stay hydrated. I feel so much better! Drinking more water can be a struggle somedays. I often add a slice of lemon, lime, or cucumber to my water. It goes down much faster! Loved the facts on water! I am the school nurse and it helped to have facts to give to kids to encourage them to drink more water! I thought tracking this program was easier than other programs I have tried before. Very good program!! I was more aware of the water I was drinking. Very happy. I felt so much better. Thank you for the encouragement to increase water consumption. The information was excellent. Liked the educational info on water...i had already eliminated soda from my diet but did need to increase water consumption I'm so glad and happy I loss 2 pounds instead of gain!! I lost 10lb and then found 7 of them again. I LOVED being educated on the benefits of water consumption and how sugary drinks can take a toll on my body both immediately and over time. I often shared the information from this series with my 'tween.' The water series also helped me to 'fine tune' and be even more aware of my water consumption. I didn't gain weight over Christmas! I was often too full from the water to mindlessly eat.
I enjoy my sugary drinks but see the need to eliminate them. Your information is helpful in doing this. I find that I am not missing the drinks that have sugar. Water is my go to beverage now. This program did not change my water consumption as I have been drinking water as my preferred drink for a long time. I did focus on the reduction of that one diet soft drink on a daily basis. This was a good program. Awesome Program!! I came down with shingles in late November, so my overall well-being in December was compromised. However, water consumption helped in keeping my body hydrated in the healing process. Keep up the great work. I look forward to it! Program was very good. Did a great job keeping me on track. Good program, led to more healthy choices in general. With the right tools, such as having a water bottle or cup constantly available, it was easy to keep up and stay on track with the goal! I didn't realize just how much pop I drank until I started replacing it with water. I drink more water at home and when I eat out. I've always been good about drinking water during the day but this really helped me stay accountable with it. It also made it a little more fun knowing I was checking off another day! I was able to use the great suggestions of drinking more water and less soda. I also reduced the amount of diet soda which helped to eliminate or reduce sugar cravings! I am very happy to report that I lost 6 pounds and plan on keeping it off! I really concentrated on giving up sugary drinks for sure. The daily s helped me remember and be aware more. I am a water only person basically now. These challenges always make me focus on behaviors I should have.
My co-workers and I were regularly discussing how much water we were drinking; it was a great way to stay on target. I liked the recipes. Keeps me accountable! This has been the most difficult challenge for me thus far. I did not drink water unless it was to make coffee. I found that I like water with lemon squeezed in it. With lemon water, I could drink the recommended amount. Very good program! Realized that it's just as important to keep up the water consumption in winter as in summer. I will continue drinking 40 ounces a day in 2016! A good reminder tool/program to my support healthy life style. Great reminder to keep up the water - it's the best!! I appreciate the opportunity to participate in these challenges. Just a little accountability to keep on track. I really enjoyed the recipes! Thanks! I always wanted to make the shift to drinking more water and this made it very manageable. My goal is to drink a half a gallon of water a day. I feel so much better. This was harder than I thought it would be. :) I gave up drinking Diet Pepsi and all other soft drinks. I now drink only water and black coffee. I did not lose weight, however I maintained my weight through the holidays!! YEAH!! Holiday time was the perfect time to have this challenge. It was a daily reminder to put down that extra "holiday cheer" and to continue to "flush out" those extra snacks. I am now drinking more water every day!

Lots more water was drank by me! Liked the water bottle - great month for water! Drinking water or tea is already a part of my daily routine. I am more aware of how much water I drink each day. I think the program was very good, because drinking water is important and eliminating or reducing sugary drinks is hard because of the flavor and things like that but also very important, I feel that I can drink water and nothing else and be okay with that from now on. Thanks. I REALLY ENJOY THESE "CHALLENGES"! IT IS A NICE WAY TO STAY ACCOUNTABLE TO WHAT IS IMPORTANT, BUT, IN A VARIETY OF WAYS! Very pleased! A work in progress. Thank you! I never knew I could drink so much water in a day. After a month of drinking more water, it became very natural. Thank you!
The program pushed me to keep track and be more aware of how much water I was drinking in a day. I'm not a pop drinker so switching was not an issue, but getting at least the 40 oz. was a challenge some days. Thank you so much for all of the great programs and this one helped me get off more sugary drinks! Drinking water helped while I felt a little bit under the weather (flu/virus, bladder infection). I kept the water going and I felt so much better faster! My skin started clearing out maybe because of less consumptions of beverages with sugar. I also lost 5 lbs. Was a great year this year! Thanks for the gifts. I use them all the time. I am aiming to drink half my body weight in ounces daily. I have been a life-long water drinker!! Glad to see this recognized as an important part of over-all health!! Excellent program! My hubby and started drinking more water as a preventative for leg cramps. I hope to continue this on my own! Great motivation to drink more water. The recipes was a great touch. Lost weight last year from 287 down to 230 following the wellness program. I learned a lot more about how important water is for our bodies. I had no idea!!! I really enjoyed the challenge of drinking more water throughout my day. I felt much better and am happy I am on my way to eliminating most if not all the sugary drinks in my diet! I'm much more conscientious about drinking adequate water now. Thank you! I really like it. It keeps me accountable.
One of the easiest programs I was able to keep doing. Great topic and perfect timing for me. Thank you for the information! Interesting content in the informative s each day. I learned a lot. Keeps it in the back of your mind no matter how busy. Great program! I have had to drink water because of my kidneys, but not the five cups. Drinking the five cups of water has made me feel so good, and has helped with the productivity of my daily activities. I am so glad I choose to enter this program. While I did not do a great job of increasing my water intake, I did become more aware of it and of the healthy affects it would have. I continually work harder at drinking more water. Thank you for the useful information. Thank you it was a great!!! This was an easy one for me, cut out all sugary drinks a long time ago and all artificially sweetened drinks more than a year ago. Thank you for encouraging me to drink more water. I have been trying very hard to adhere to these guidelines. Am very positive for Great program. I love it!!!!! I think the only reason I did not lose weight was because I am expecting. If I were doing this any other time, I think I would have lost weight replacing sugary drinks with water. Overall, I felt better drinking more water. I am for at least 75 oz of water per day and had eliminated soda/sugar drinks form my diet almost 3 years ago. I learned a lot of facts about water consumption that I didn't know. Good program!
This was a great program. It s good to be reminded to drink more water. I ran into trouble with sugary drinks at Christmas time but I probably drank less than what I would normally at this time of year because I was more aware of it. Even though I didn't complete the program I feel as though I made some improvements. Please repeat this program again in the future. I love this program. Helps me be more "honest" in my day to day eating behaviors. Drinking water gave me more energy and stamina than sugar based drinks. Helped control my appetite therefore could get more done. This program is good for me in that it keeps me "honest" in my eating and drinking behaviors! Really liked this challenge with the water! I had to give up soda and all the fatty foods, greasy foods, and fried foods for my health per my doctor I didn't have as hard of a time as I thought I would. I have become a little more energetic and learned to enjoy water. Thank you very much always enjoy your activities! This was an encouraging focus for me. I have had the lifetime practice of choosing water over other beverages. Although I may enjoy an occasional soft drink, I seldom do because I resent the expense and resist the empty calories. It's good to know my choices are rewarded. Really made me aware to focus on water intake. I programmed my wrist tracker to assist me with remembering! I was a water drinker but not a lot each day. This made me keep track of my water intake and I was able to increase my intake! I enjoyed this!!! Thanks! Your programs have helped make me much more aware... Thank you! This was great to do during the holidays! This has been a fun, motivating, and productive project. Thank you! I was able to get my oldest to join in with me! We both have only had ONE pop during this journey!! That's a good thing for us!
I lost 5 lbs. Encouraged me to drink more water. This program encourage as well as motivated me to drink more water. I was more conscious of the type of other drinks I chose. It was fun. I've stopped drinking pop every day. I will have about one a week but I don't feel like I need to have one every day like I did before. I feel so much better when I don't drink it! Wonderfully motivating! Love trying to drink extra water in a day. I am still very addicted to caffeine soda. I love that the water bottle seemed to help my son in 1st grade love drinking more water as well!! He loves the water bottle. I definitely am drinking better...staying hydrated. Thank you for the water bottle! I lost 12 pounds in the month of December which brings my total to 70 pounds lost. I love the water bottle and it does make me drink more water so thank you. I drink a lot a water anyways but making sure I am drinking enough is the think I am positive if I wasn't pregnant I would of lost some weight. It was a successfully for me to do, thank you! Water bottle came in handy. Adding extra water to my day was good for me. I knew that I needed to get back into the habit of drinking more water and this was the push I needed to get back into that habit. I feel better for it. I really liked and was motivated by the information in the about the benefits of drinking more water and ways to drink more of it in your day.
Liked challenge so much, I bought water bottles for all my family members too. We tried to stay hydrated together. It really helps to have recipes and reminders to drink water every day. I also like the motivational quotes. It made me more aware to drink more water. I still love my soda, but I'm trying. Thank you so much for the water bottle. It encourages me to drink lots of water. Have truly enjoyed the program. Because of my pregnancy it's kind of hard to determine how much weight I lost but doing this program I believe it was great. Even though this program may be over, I'm still going to continue to do it. For someone like me, who likes to drink soda, it's hard. But luckily for me I have my two kids joining me. So that helps out a lot. Really encouraged me to up the water intake in the winter. Was more aware of water consumption and try to drink the 5 glasses a day Thank you for all you do! I really enjoyed this challenge! Thank you for the great program. I appreciate all the helpful insights. I had been increasing my water consumption but not reducing my soda intake. I reduced the amount of soda a day and some days none. I have given up soda all together and no caffeine. I drink water and occasionally I will have a Gatorade. I feel tons better and more energetic. My skin looks amazing and I lost a few pounds! Great program to promote the drinking of water. It's so much more refreshing than anything else. The December program to drink more water, etc. really made me try harder to sub water over sugary drinks as I've known all along it's more healthy.
Good program! I usually drink lots of water during the day, but this encouraged me to drink more. I've been more conscious about what I choose for beverage. This really motivated me to drink more water! Water is my go to drink! I'm trying to reduce sugary drinks. I really enjoyed the push to drink more water, a goal I have been trying to push myself towards for a while now. It was also good for me as I am pregnant and it helped me have more energy and feel better during this time! Thank you for all the tips. This program helped me be more aware of the amount of water I consume. Love the water bottle! Thank you! I have cut out all soda!!! I feel so much better. I m diabetic so I don't consume sugary drinks so I chose to completely eliminate diet pop from my diet! This made me more aware of all the sugary drinks I use to drink. This made me more aware of all the sugary drinks I drink. I consider it a success that I lost a little bit of weight over the holiday season. I could tell my skin wasn't as dry as it usually is in the winter and my overall well-being was better. This program challenged me to drink more water instead of coffee. Thanks so much. Keep up the good programs. This is great I not only realized it helped me but I made changes for my whole family. I am still drinking a minimum of 40 oz.
The informational tips in the s about how water benefits your overall health were excellent. Thank you for the program. I now drink more water than before. I reduce the amount of sugar intake. I feel good. I do pretty well with drinking water most days but doing it every day made an even bigger difference in the way I feel. I feel healthier and my skin hasn't been nearly as dry as it sometimes gets in the winter months! I enjoyed this program! I'm very happy with your program, I have lost pounds and coworkers has notice. Encouraged me to drink more water daily, still need to improve on that. Always love reading facts about health! This made me more aware of the benefits of drinking plenty of water. I actually felt better overall. I actually came down with walking pneumonia during this challenge. The change in my water consumption vs sodas was very helpful to my recovery. Thanks! I have cut back on pop over the last 6 months, but that didn't really increase my water intake as much as I wanted. Instead I just didn't drink as much. This challenge has helped me increase my water intake like I had been wanting. I am excited to continue this! I feel good about drinking more water on a daily basis because I've heard that is very good for your body. This program gave me the incentive to do this often even though it is hard for me to drink that much water in a day. Have lost a lot of weight taking your suggestions. Loved the information about water and sugary drinks. I have healthier skin and a healthier complexion. I feel better about myself and it helps me to feel fuller before meals. Thanks!
Completely gave up diet Pepsi...so happy! Loved the water bottle! Good target. Easier to be successful when home. I totally eliminated drinking anything but water when I go out now. Harder to gage the ounces when out, with ice and all. I was more conscious of the amount of water I drank. I made sure to choose water over sugary drinks. Love all of this one a lot. All the information that I got in each one of the s, was very helpful for my lifestyle. Thank you! I have cut out any sodas and drink water now. I would like to stop drinking tea too. I don't drink it with sugar so I only have it at supper, so I don't think that is too bad. I love the walking we have started in the mornings with the children at Windy Hills. It's been great for me as well as the children. I don't drink a lot of sugars drink, but always had to eat something sweet like one bite of chocolate or chewing gum once a day. I really like these programs. They're very helpful and I've learned a lot. The information is very helpful. I like a challenge. I do feel better with more water. Just have a few sips of pop once in awhile. I feel more active and healthier. I liked the information each day about the positive effects of drinking water. That really encouraged me to drink more water. I liked that the water bottle was BPA free. I enjoy the program. It helps me to maintain my health responsibilities. I enjoyed drinking the water. It wasn't hard to drink 20 oz. a day. I didn't drink any sugary drinks and didn't miss them. I continue to not drink them. Appetite/hunger cravings seemed to decrease. Lost a couple pounds.
Take my water bottle with me everywhere I go so that way I don t forget to drink water. Great program! I suggest this challenge for everyone. Please add stretching to a monthly challenge! Love the t-shirt programs you do. I enjoy reading the research - the little gifts are nice to. This was a great idea!!! Keep sending the challenges. Just know I appreciate you and the people who make this program possible. Happy New Year! Thanks for providing these programs. They help me to make smaller changes that stick. Love that it's back to the monthly check boxes rather than week by week Looking forward to more great ideas! I thought it was a great program Keep doing the great job you are doing! Thank you! Great challenge :) I just appreciate the reminder s. Continue recipe ideas...great ones given. I wouldn't change a thing!!!! I started drinking at least 42 ounces of water in June of this year, I have walked off another pant size, not sure of the pounds.
Love it. Keep it the same!!! It is great to have the extra incentive & support. Great, thank you! Thank you for the water bottle! I will keep drinking my water and add more fruits and veggies to my diet. Love this challenge! Loved the water bottle gift. It goes everywhere with me. I really love the programs great job! This program is very good the way it is. It give you something to work towards if you're not all the way there yet. Thanks :~) I wouldn't mind a function where we could get personalized daily reminders for things we want to continue. Thanks again for all you do to help with our health. Great program! Great job!!! Keep helping us to do better in taking care of ourselves. This program helps if you put a little effort and I been learning how to manage my eating habits! Thank you. It would be awesome to have the water series repeated during the summer time-so have it twice a year because just drinking more water is so beneficial. I feel like I drink more when drinking from a straw, but I like the fact that the water bottle closes so it doesn't leak when tipped. I enjoyed this program! This program should be repeated.
It's important to carry around a water bottle that helped me to drink more water throughout the day. I believe that the challenges are well prosecuted. The challenges are well executed. The challenges are put together well. If you can't get your water in you can end up physically in bad shape. I think letting everyone drink more water students and teachers will reduce headaches, binge eating and chronic physical ailments. This is something I already do. It helps remind me I should be doing this as well. Excellent program, have no suggestions! I love how you can now report progress throughout the whole month on all challenges. There are times when my schedule is not conducive to reporting daily/weekly and I was missing out on challenges because of that. Now I can report at my leisure and not miss out! Keep the programs and useful tools coming! Live better with a great attitude! Great job!!! I'm becoming a lot healthier and taking care of my body better!!! Thanks do this program!!! Keep up the good work. Let us know how we can continue to become more aware of our health and to keep it. Thank you for your awesome program! Love your programs! This was a very good challenge for me! Encouragement is a motivator for me, so keep the suggestions for better health coming! Thanks!!!!!!
I carry my water bottle with me where ever I go and I try to drink a glass of water before every meal. Good program! Keep giving us this information that is really helpful for my health and personal life.
