The system is flexible enough to work alongside your existing absence arrangements, if required. The reports give you information based on the absence information input by your employees and/or managers when absences occur in the workplace. All reports can be accessed easily from the reports tab within the absence tracker system. 16 Group Income Protection EAP Additional Services Covering non-insured employees This Employer and Employee Assistance Programme is one of the most comprehensive offerings in the market. However, it only covers those employees who are covered by your Group Income Protection policy. Non-insured employees We have negotiated discounted rates if you wish to include employees who are not part of your Group Income Protection policy. Additional cover can be purchased directly from Workplace Options. To purchase cover for non-insured employees please with your contact details and a representative from Workplace Options will call you to discuss the full details.
17 Group Income Protection EAP Additional Services Critical Incident Support In addition to the Critical Incident Support services we offer under this EAP, you can arrange for further onsite support in the event of a critical incident. There is an additional charge for these services and they must be arranged directly with Workplace Options. Onsite large group briefings Provided within 24 hours of an incident, this service assists with promoting recovery to a large group. The consultant can give support and information regarding common reactions to critical incidents. Onsite small group recovery meetings Provided within 48 hours of an incident, this is for smaller groups who have been similarly affected by, or exposed to, an incident. Onsite emotional support This involves a counsellor visiting your business site who gives one to-one informal support for employees who have been traumatised. If your business suffers a critical incident you can access FREE support 24 hours a day by calling Onsite support can be provided if your situation is assessed as clinically appropriate and logistically practical. In 2006, Workplace Options acquired Employee Advisory Resource in the UK which, by this time, had established itself as one of the leading providers of Employee Assistance Programmes and integrated work life services, both in the UK, and across the globe.
