1 Dear Colleague: The Indiana Association for Home and Hospice Care, Inc. (IAHHC) published its first Indiana Home Care and Hospice Guide in 2006 and is excited to announce that advertising opportunities for the 2011 guide will soon be available. For the 2011 guide, IAHHC has partnered with Naylor, LLC, who has been North America s leading media and events partner for associations for more than 40 years. The 2011 Indiana Home Care and Hospice Guide will include facts and insights into homecare and hospice services as well as a county by county listing of all IAHHC members in Indiana. Purchasing an ad in the guide will not only help support IAHHC s mission, it will also increase your exposure to referral sources to help you grow your business. It is an economical alternative to the many commercially available senior citizen publications that may approach you about ad placement. Not only is advertising within the guide less expensive, its targeted distribution list and association sponsorship ensures it is utilized by referral sources. If your organization currently advertises to the general public or to referral sources, please consider placing an ad in the 2011 Indiana Home Care and Hospice Guide. Naylor account executives will be contacting IAHHC members within the next few weeks. For more information about advertising opportunities, please contact Rick Jablonski, Naylor, LLC at (352) or at rjablonski@naylor.com. Sincerely, Todd Stallings, FACHE Executive Director 6320-G Rucker Road Indianapolis, IN Fax

A key member benefit, referral source and purchasing guide, the 2011 Indiana Home Care & Hospice Guide will feature key distribution at Marsh Supermarket Pharmacies in Central Indiana, as well as to IAHHC members and the following industry leaders: > Geriatric care managers > Case managers > Hospital discharge planners > Social workers > Geriatric physicians > Long term-care insurance agents > Elder law attorneys > Nursing home discharge staff > Nursing home/retirement facility directors The IAHHC Advantage IAHHC represents 3 out of 4 of the state's home health community. Upcoming investments by our members include: > Software/information systems > Medical supplies and equipment > Pharmaceuticals > Accounting tools > Insurance IAHHC members represent all of home care: traditional home health nursing services, home-based and inpatient hospice care, and "private duty" home care including non-medical services that allow Hoosiers to remain independent in their own homes. Our mission is "to advance the cause of home health, hospice, and personal care services through leadership, advocacy, and education." As the industry's only cohesive voice in Indiana, IAHHC leverages the power of the state's home care and hospice providers to influence the public's, the government's and the payers' perspective of the issues that affect the health care community.
