With SMART Software Maintenance, you can enjoy: Software Upgrades This means you ll get to use the most up to date collaborative tool sets in your meeting as soon as they re released, further increasing the collaborative experience in the meeting room. Software Updates Automatically get notified of software updates that introduce enhanced performance and features to your software, making sure you have immediate access to the most up to date version. SMART Technical Support Enjoy peace of mind by having quick access to highly trained technical engineers that are ready to answer queries around software installation and activation of upgrades and updates, including any technical issues you may encounter. This will minimise downtime and maximise productivity. 3 02. Software Portal If you purchased your SMART product after June 1st 2014, you have access to the SMART Software Portal. The SMART Software Portal provides: Access to all license keys in one place, allowing easy access and management of license keys Visibility of remaining activation entitlements Visibility of maintenance dates and notifications 30, 60 and 90 days in advance of maintenance renewal dates, ensuring you re never knowingly out of a maintenance contract Ability to build and manage user profiles for wider team access SMART Software Activation Tool Provides increased flexibilty with the ability to recall and redeploy license keys to another computer, to minimise loss of entitlements if you replace computers or someone leaves the company. 02. 4 03. SMART Product Updater 04. Software Installation and Deployment Automatically gain notification when a new release of SMART software is available through the SMART Product Updater tool. So you never miss out on knowing the latest version with access to the latest tools. Customise the installation packages after downloading them, using SMART Install Manager, Windows Installer, or other 3rd party tools. You can also deploy SMART Software installation packages onto multiple devices using your systems command line interface, third party imaging or remote management software. With a single organisation-wide agreement, the license management, pricing and terms are optimsed for the needs of enterprise customers.
