3 AUTHORIZATION FOR.VN REGISTRANT NAME CHANGE Domain : The Current Registrant hereby desires to relinquish its registration of the above Domain and at the time of its surrender of the registration the New Registrant wish to register this Domain ; and also enter into this Registrant Change as of the date executed. WHEREAS the Current Registrant and HI-TEK MULTIMEDIA, INC./., ( Hi-Tek/Dot VN ) have entered into a Domain Registration Agreement (the Agreement ) for the registration of the cctld (.VN) domain name referenced in Item 1 of the Registrant Change request (the Domain ); WHEREAS the Current Registrant desires to relinquish all of its interests in the registration of the Domain ; WHEREAS the New Registrant desires to register the Domain with Hi-Tek/Dot VN and to that end has read and agreed to be bound by Hi-Tek/Dot VN s terms and conditions as found at WHEREFORE, in consideration of these premises, and for other good and valuable consideration the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Current Registrant s Relinquishment of the Domain : The Current Registrant hereby relinquishes its registration of the Domain and discharges Hi-Tek/Dot VN from all obligations under the Agreement. The Current Registrant releases Hi-Tek/Dot VN from all claims, liabilities or demands arising from the Agreement. The Current Registrant further acknowledges and agrees that it is not entitled to a refund of any fees it may have paid to Hi-Tek/Dot VN. Nothing contained in this Registrant Change request shall be construed as an assignment of the Current Registrant s rights under the Agreement. The Current Registrant hereby authorizes Hi- Tek/Dot VN to take all steps necessary to register the Domain to the New Registrant, including without limitation, disassociating the Domain from the host servers designated by the Current Registrant without further notice. 2. New Registrant s Registration of the Domain : The New Registrant acknowledges that it has reviewed and understands the terms, conditions, representations and warranties of Hi-Tek/Dot VN s Domain Registration Agreement in effect as of the date of the Registrant Change request. The New Registrant, by signing and sending this Registrant Change request to Hi-Tek/Dot VN, agrees to be bound by and to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions of Hi-Tek/Dot VN s current Domain Registration Agreement, operated herein by reference, which includes Hi-Tek/Dot VN s Service Agreement terms and conditions. The New Registrant specifically agrees to pay Hi-Tek/Dot VN a new one (1) year registration fee from funds on deposit with Hi-Tek/Dot VN or by credit card authorization. The New Registrant also reaffirms the accuracy and completeness of all of the New Registrant s information contained in the Registrant Change request. Page 3 of 5

Effective of the New Registrant s Registration of the Domain : The New Registrant s registration of the Domain shall be effective upon Hi-Tek/Dot VN s transmission of an acknowledgement to the New Registrant that the Domain has been registered to the New Registrant. 4. RNC Fees: The New Registrant has authorized payment of the $100 USD service cost by credit card and has attached the completed Hi-Tek/Dot VN Credit Card Payment Authorization Form with this Registrant Change request. Hi-Tek/Dot VN will not process the RNC if it does not comply with all of the above requirements.
