TO AMEND ITS CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR OF A PROPOSED 230 KV TRANSMISSION LINE IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS ENTERGY TEXAS, INC.'S MOTION TO REMAND Entergy Texas, Inc. ("ETI" or the "Company") and other parties to this proceeding have signed a unanimous stipulation ("Stipulation") resolving all issues in this docket. In accordance with the Stipulation and the agreement of the parties, ETI files this Motion to Remand, and in support thereof would show the following: 1. BACKGROUND On July 19, 2013, ETI filed an application for a proposed 230 kv transmission line in Jefferson County, Texas. The proposed transmission line will connect the existing China substation located on US Highway (US) 90 approximately 0.5 mile northwest of the intersection of US 90 and McDermand Road to the existing Amelia Bulk substation located on Old Sour Lake Road just west of the city limits of Beaumont in Jefferson County. ETI will install new equipment at both substations to accommodate the proposed transmission line. The entire project will be approximately 10 to 15 miles in length depending on the final route selected. The settlement Route, Route No. 1, is miles. This project is being proposed to address reliability issues and was also identified as part of the solution set to address constraints in two transmission service requests (OASIS and ). On February 6, 2014, ETI, Entergy Texas, Inc. ("ETI" of the "Company"), Public Utility Commission of Texas ("Staff') and the following parties (collectively the "Parties") entered into 1 ca )-
