2 China Investment Information Services Limited ( CIIS ) is the sole overseas agent of Shanghai Stock Exchange ( SSE ) to redistribute market data of Shanghai Stock Exchange. CIIS is also the authorized sales and technical agent of China Securities Index Limited ( CSI ), Dalian Commodity Exchange ( DCE ) (Level 1 and Level 2 data), Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange ( ZCE ) (Level 1 data) and China Financial Futures Exchange ( CFFEX ) (Level 1 data) in overseas market and technical agent of Shenzhen Stock Exchange market data. Any persons who wish to redistribute the following information (both real-time and delayed data) in regions outside mainland China are required to apply for the license and/or enter into a redistribution agreement with CIIS. It requires two production lines with bandwidth of 2Mbps respectively. China Indices Datafeed Services Real Time Indices created by Shanghai Stock Exchange and CSI CIIS is an authorized agent to redistribute real time indices value and fundament data of indices created by Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Index Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. 3 Level-2 Market Data Services information of China Financial Futures Exchange (five levels market depth) Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market Data Connection Services Real-time trading information of Shenzhen Stock Exchange with up to 5 levels market depth Digital data feed providing real-time trading information of all securities listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in TCP/IP protocol via 2 physical lines. Vendor has to get pre-approval and license from Shenzhen Stock Exchange before receiving market data of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. It requires two production lines with bandwidth of 2Mbps respectively. Note: Only vendor with dual live direct connections with CIIS is allowed to provide feed service to indirect connected vendor, may it be real-time or delayed data. Qualified feed providing vendor is required to seek prior approval from CIIS before provision of testing or production feed to any potential customers, otherwise it will be considered as unauthorized dissemination with legal consequences. License Fee is same for direct and indirect vendor. 3

Information Content Financial Information Datafeed Services ( FIDS ) is a real-time data feed service providing real-time trading information for all securities listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and other financial information provided by institutions in mainland China, currently we provide Indices created by Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Index Co, Ltd., real time trading information of Dalian Commodity Exchange (Level-1 and Level-2), Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (Level-1), China Financial Futures Exchange (Level-1 and Level-2) and Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Level-1)*. Level 2 (in FAST FIX format) Previous day's closing price, today s high/low prices, last traded price, trading volume, turnover value, ten best bid/ask prices and quantities of orders, quantities of orders and weighted average bid/offer price, tick by tick trade (traded time & price, volume & turnover), order queue (quantity of each of the top 50 orders at the best bid/offer price). Third Party Information Indices created by Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Index Co, Ltd. Update Frequency: Once per 3 seconds. Index information including: - All the indices created by Shanghai Stock Exchange, including SSE Composite Index, SSE A share Index, SSE B share Index, SSE 180 Index, SSE 50 Index. - All the indices created by China Securities Index Co, Ltd., including CSI 300 Index. - Fundamental Data of CSI indices and SSE Indices. Fee Schedule Note: For Agreement (services) with commencement date after 1 st January 2013, in additional to the fee applicable to the service subscribed, Information Vendor is required to pay 50% of the fee payable to CIIS in the first year, including the license fee, minimum terminal fee and technical fee (if any) as deposit. The deposit is fully refundable (without interest) when the agreement between CIIS and Information Vendor is terminated. 1. Monthly Subscriber Fee: US$40,000 per annum PLUS US$24 per subscriber; US$10 per subscriber (for individual investor only); US$4.5 per subscriber (located or used in mainland China); US$5 per portable device and/or US$0.005 per quote (Minimum monthly subscriber fee: US$800) Category_1L2 Real time Level-2 and Level-1 market data of all the securities (stock option is excluded) traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange, vendor can disseminate the information through all the channels with password or access control. Monthly Subscriber Fee: US$60,000 per annum PLUS Level-2: US$32 per subscriber; US$0.01 per quote* Level-1: US$24 per subscriber; Level-1: US$10 per subscriber (for individual investor only); Level-1/Level-2: US$4.5 per subscriber (located or use in mainland China); Level 1: US$5 per portable device and/or US$0.005 per quote (Minimum monthly subscriber fee: US$800) * The per quote usage data scope for level-2 is only limit to the following information: Previous day's closing price, today s high/low prices, last traded price, trading volume, turnover value, ten best bid/ask prices and quantities of orders Category1_NM (Only applicable for mainland vendors who have Level-1 SSE License in mainland China issued by SSE InfoNet Ltd.) 7

Category2_NM (Only applicable for mainland vendors who have Level-2 SSE License in mainland China issued by SSE InfoNet Ltd.) Real time Level-2 and Level-1 market data of all the securities (stock option is excluded) traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange; vendor can disseminate the information through all the channels with password or access control. The service can only provide to individual investors. In addition, the service should update upon request or with update frequency less than once per minute US$60,000 per annum Note: Maximum 20 securities prices can be displayed on one screen at the same time. Category_22 Real time Level-1 market data of all the securities (stock option is excluded) traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange, vendor can disseminate the information through website/app, TV broadcast or pager with password or access control. License fee is applied for all channels. The service can only provide to individual investors. US$30,000 per annum PLUS Monthly Subscriber Fee: US$10 per subscriber, 8

9 US$5 per portable device and/or US$0.005 per quote (Minimum monthly subscriber fee: US$800) Note: Category_1L1 Category_1L2 & Category_21 the license fee US$60,000 per annum for Category_21 will be reduced to US$30,000. Category_1L1 If Licensee apply: Category_1L2 & Category_22 the license fee US$30,000 per annum for Category_22 is exempted. Category_21 Category_21 the license fee US$60,000 per annum for Category_21 will be reduced to US$30,000 and Category_1L1 & Category_22 the license fee US$30,000 per annum for Category_22 is exempted. Category_1L2 & Category_21 Category_22 the license fee US$60,000 per annum for Category_21 will be reduced to US$30,000 and the license fee US$30,000 per annum for Category_22 is exempted. Category_23 Real time Level-1 market data (without market depth) of all the securities (stock option is excluded) traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange, vendor can display SSE market data on devices without interactive function, such as TV, online TV, pager, SSE listed companies websites, etc. The information displayed is controlled by the provider, not chosen or requested by the audience or receiver. US$15,000 per annum PLUS Per Channel: TV Broadcast: US$5,000 per annum, Internet and/or Mobile network: US$5,000 per annum Other: US$5,000 per annum (Maximum Channel fee: US$15,000) Note: Maximum 20 stock prices (without market depth) can be displayed on screen at the same time. Category_23L Real time Level-1 market data (without market depth) of Shanghai Stock Exchange on Shanghai Stock Exchange listed companies website (own company stock price and subsidiaries stock prices). US$5,000 per annum Note: Maximum 5 stock prices can be displayed on listed company website (own company stock price and subsidiaries stock prices). No license fee is required. (CSI), and Fundamental Data of CSI Indices and SSE Indices. The service should not be subject to user ID & password control, and the service should update upon request or with update frequency less than once per minute. US$6,000 per annum PLUS Per TV Channel/pager: US$2,000 per annum (Note: TV broadcast through internet will be considered as website) 4. Free Float Shares Information for China Indices Category_6X_A Value Added Fundamental Data: Information of number of shares, categorized free-float shares, adjusted reference open price and index tag for all stocks listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the calculation of indices in China Indices. For Vendor who has more than 1000 subscribers * of China Indices: a. To provide the weighting of constituent stocks of individual China Indices in not more than 6 decimal place (in percentage) to subscribers without subscriber fee. b. To provide the weighting of constituent stocks of individual China Indices in not more than 6 decimal place (in percentage) to subscribers at $1 per Subscriber per month. Minimum Subscriber Fee: US$10,000 per annum Category_6X_B Value Added Fundamental Data :Information of number of shares, categorized free-float shares, adjusted reference open price and index tag for all stocks listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the calculation of indices in China Indices. For Vendor who has less than 1000 subscribers of China Indices: To provide the weighting of constituent stocks of individual China Indices in not more than six decimal place (in percentage) to subscribers at US$1 per subscriber per month. Minimum Subscriber Fee: US$10,000 per annum * The number of subscribers is defined as the average number of monthly subscriber for the last twelve month. Note: 1. Vendor cannot redistribute the number of shares for the calculation of any one of the China Indices to subscribers directly. They can however use the number of shares (total number of shares or/and categorized free-float shares) to calculate the weighting of constituent stocks of individual China Indices. 12

13 2. Only Vendor applied Category_61 or Category_61C eligible to apply this service. 5. Third Party Website Service (Framing Service) Third party website service is the provision of real-time Level-1 and/or China Indices market data services by a licensed vendor on a third party website. A third party website means a website that is not owned by the vendor, who provides the Third Party Website Service on that third party website. Only licensed vendor is eligible to apply for this service. Category_TP24 Real time Level-1 market data of all the securities (stock option is excluded) traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Indices US$3,000 per URL per Website per annum PLUS Subscriber Fee: US$0.01 per Quote Remarks: 1. License fee includes the subscriber fees of the first 300,000 quotes. 2. Vendors must have one of the following SSE market data licenses: Category_1L1, Category_1L2, Category_21, Category_22, Category1_NM, Category2_NM AND any one of the following China indices licenses: Category_61, Category_61C, Category_62R Category_TPBMP Real time basic market data of all the securities (stock option is excluded) traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Indices on one website. The service can only provide to individual investors. US$3,000 per URL per Website per annum PLUS Subscriber Fee: US$0.01 per Quote for quotes between 300,000 3,000,000 Plus US$0.005 per Quote for quotes over 3,000,000 Remarks: 1. License fee includes the subscriber fees of the first 300,000 quotes. 2. US$4,000 per URL per Website per annum Remarks: 1. Vendors must have any one of the following China indices licenses: Category_61, Category_61C, Category_62R. Category_TP7 At least 15 minutes delayed Level-1 market data of all securities (include stock option) traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange and indices created by Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Index Co., Ltd. (CSI). The delayed data can be disseminated through website, mobile app, etc. with or without access control. In addition, the delayed data must be displayed together with a delay indicator or a time-stamp in a prominent position so that viewers will not be misled that it is real-time information. US$5,000 per annum Remarks: 1. Vendors must have one of the following SSE market data licenses: Category_1L1, Category_1L2, Category_21, Category_22, Category1_NM, Category2_NM. 2. Vendors must not provide delayed indices to third party if vendors do not have any one of the following China indices licenses: Category_61, Category_61C, Category_62R. 6. Basic Market Data per Quote Charging Scheme Category_BMP Real time basic market data of all the securities (stock option is excluded) traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Indices on one website. The service can only provide to individual investors. US$3,000 per URL per Website per annum PLUS Subscriber Fee: US$0.01 per Quote for quotes between 300,000 3,000,000 Plus US$0.005 per Quote for quotes over 3,000,000 Remarks: License fee includes the subscriber fees of the first 300,000 quotes. 14

Delayed Shanghai Stock Exchange Data Category_7 Any party who want to redistribute at least 15 minutes delayed Level-1 market data of all securities (stock option is included) traded on Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock options and China indices, including publish of delayed data on websites enabling third parties access to the information, are required to apply for delayed data licences before commencement of the service. For vendor with one of the following licenses, delayed license fee is not required: Category_1L1, Category_1L2, Category1_NM, Category2_NM, Category_21, Category_22, Category_TP21. The delayed data must be displayed together with a delay indicator or a time-stamp in a prominent position so that viewers will not be misled that it is real-time information. US$5,000 per annum 10. Non Fee Liable Market Data Vendor who wishes to redistribute the following market data is non-fee liable and no agreement with CIIS is required, vendor has to fill in the application form and to get approval from CIIS before redistribution: a. Redistribute Indices created by SSE and CSI with at least 15 minutes delayed b. Redistribute B shares market data with at least 15 minutes delayed c. Redistribute Shanghai Stock Exchange market data in End of Day Note: Vendor has to get Delayed Data and/or Non Fee Liable Market Data through our direct vendors after CIIS approved the service. SSE Listed Companies XBRL Data SSE Listed Companies XBRL data follows XBRL specification version 2.1 and adopts CLCID (The China Listed Company Information Disclosure) released by SSE. Vendor can receive XBRL Instance Documents in XML format. Our XBRL data includes fundamental data of regular disclosure, annual, interim and quarterly reports and temporary published data of SSE Listed Companies. A.
