8 AutoCopy Sender Copying Option #1 Purpose: To automatically send the same data to one or more recipients How It Works: You create an EDI address for a distribution list e.g., ZZ: DISTLIST a virtual address You define the actual receiver addresses to be included in the distribution list e.g., 12: and ZZ:JENTST You send documents to the distribution list address; TGMS automatically creates a transaction from you to each address defined A AutoCopy B C B is an address for a distribution list you create TGMS copies the document you send to B to all addresses defined in that list C, D, Slide GXS, Inc.
