2 UNECE-EEC project on SW UNECE and EEC project on developing the right conditions for SW in EAEU ( ) SW is not a goal in itself but a TF tool. Project approach, architecture, Business process analysis and re-engineering needed; data harmonization. The project developed in 2 directions: (1) Development of suitable political and organizational conditions for SW, and (2) Ensure compliance of the IT system (IISVVT) with international standards.
