2 & RF/RFP/IFB Website Revision How many web pages does the Metroplan look have migrated over to the new site? nswered in RF, page 4, bullet 2 (migrate all information but # pages depends on web design). Where are the archived files housed? What is the HW/SW platform used to keep those archived files? rchived files at Metroplan; platform to be determined in next couple weeks. Regarding analytics capabilities, what specific information are you looking for that Google nalytics doesn't provide? nswered on page 3 of clarifications, #7 Please clarify why proprietary software is a negative? re you looking just for development of the website and that your organization will manage, maintain, update, enhance the website platform it is built on? Do you have the staffing now and more importantly guaranteed in the future to manage the website internally? We want to be able to maintain our own website after design. Proprietary software does not fit with that. Linux platform was specified in the RFP, is that due to internally not having Windows servers or environment in your infrastructure or not having expertise internally to manage it? If the later why not outsource the hosting, service, maintenance and support by the vendor or another third party? Is it economically beneficial to have staffing to manage this solution and does the Metroplan have redundancy in staffing expertise? Because it is hosted by a third party on a Linux platform Has Metroplan received quotes or other budgetary information from another vendor in the past twelve months? If so who? No, not in past twelve months regarding website design.

3 &: RF/RFP/IFB Website Revision Would you be okay with having to put copies of these files in to our "solution" database or do we have to access an internal database server where the files are currently housed? (re section 2 / Scope of Work) link to the files and a third party search engine/software will be provided at a later time. This search engine link will be embedded into the new design. How many files are there? Less than one million re these files publicly accessible or only accessible by the council of local governments? Public access Is the intention to track everything the user does, or do you need a descriptive analysis of Google nalytics? Refer to page 4, bullet point #6 Can you clarify the end user needs of this data? Yes, we want to know what files are downloaded. Would it be used to inform the design or marketing purposes of the website? No. What format would it need to be in (detailed statistical page) HTML is adequate. Re: Interim statistics: Do you have Google nalytics set up for this system already? Or some other analytics software on the backend of the website that we could access? We have Google nalytics but it doesn't give us enough detailed information. Can companies outside the US apply for this? Yes, as long as all requirements of the RF/RFP/IFB are met. Will we need to come over there for meetings? Refer to page 8, "Selection Procedure". Can we perform the tasks (related to RF/RFP/IRB) outside the US? Refer to page 6, "Content of Respondent Submittals", item 2. Can we submit our proposals by ? Refer to page 6, "Submission Requirements". Since we are located in Columbus, Ohio, are we eligible to bid? Yes, as long as all requirements of the RF are met.

4 Is it ok to develop the application off-shore? Refer to page 6, "Content of Respondent Submittals", item 2. Is Metroplan hosting Linux server? Refer to page 4, bullet #9. Do you have any preference for a CMS? No, as long as it is non-proprietary. Would you like to use the same hosting used for your existing site or would you prefer a new hosting plan? No. The hosting plan is not part of this RF/RFP/IFB. re there existing branding guidelines for your website? re there new branding guidelines that your agency has that's expected to be built into new website? Minimal logo requirements. Will the agency provide all content and images for website? Refer to page 4, bullet #2. What do you mean by "website translation link or application"? Translation English to other languages. Would you be able to let us know what your budget is for the project? Only during negotiations after selection. What do you love and hate about your current website? We want it to be easier to navigate and contain no proprietary software. Will you be using new content or pulling existing content from your current site? Refer to page 4, bullet #2 re you self-hosting? Do you need help finding a hosting solution? The RF/RFP/IRB is for web design only. Do you have a coding language preference? HTML and/or non-proprietary software that can be easily updated by Metroplan staff Do you have any third party applications that will need to integrate with the site? Should we develop a single design concept for all devices or you prefer to have difference concepts for desktops, tablets and smartphones? We have no specific design concept. Do you have your brandbook with corporate style and logo in curves? Yes. s we are creating a new website design with new structure from scratch or are we going to save the existing structure, replacing the visual graphics and make the website responsive? Refer to page 4, bullet #1, #2 Should our proposal include all pages and visual elements of future website, or would it be possible to present only key ones? You can present as little or as much as you like. re there any websites that appeal to you? No, none in particular. re there any user data you are going to collect that is not covered by Google nalytics? Yes, we want to know what files are downloaded. The end user is Public with varied searches and depends on the user interest. How many visitors to the website? Varied according to scope of work of Metroplan. What user roles should be pre-defined?
