The Director of Special Education will annually complete the evaluation form using a ( ) with appropriate documentation. PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES AND PRACTICES a. abides by the code of Ethics and Standard Practices for Texas Educators and by the Code of Ethics of the Texas Educational Diagnostician's Association/American Psychologist Association. b. uses standard English correctly in oral and written communication. c. follows procedures to insure confidentiality of special education records. d. demonstrates adequate knowledge of guidelines, policies and administrative procedures. e. keeps abreast of district rules as stated in the teachers handbook and in memos from appropriate administrators. f. complies with board policies, campus procedures and administrative requirements. g. demonstrates an understanding of the total school program.
