16 Provisional Accreditation Review Process Stage 3 Provisional Accreditation Review Process First Class Projected to Begin Summer 205 Accreditation-Provisional" is an accreditation status granted for a limited, defined period of time to a new program that has demonstrated its preparedness to initiate a program in accordance with the Standards.

17 Provisional Accreditation Review Process Initial provisional visits are scheduled six to 2 months prior to the matriculation of students. Provisional monitoring visits are scheduled within six months of graduation of the first cohort of students. Final provisional visits are scheduled to occur 8-24 months following the second provisional review and accreditation action by the commission.
