Mitochondrial structure analysis:nonyl Acridine Orange incorporation. Reveals alteration of cardiolipids in mitoch membrane. 1 cardiolipid molecule binds 2 NAO molecules=> decreased fluorescence means decreased or altered cardiolipids.
