29 Standard : 2 year ON SITE warranty NL Procedure: 1. De eindgebruiker telefoneert naar de HOT LINE van Brother (02/ ) met vermelding van volgende gegevens: Gegevens klant: Firmanaam en naam gebruiker Volledig adres, bij voorkeur ook met bureau en verdieping van gebruiker Telefoonnummer Openingsuren van kantoren. Gegevens toestel: Modeltype Serienummer van toestel Omschrijving van panne Datum van aankoop 2. De interventie zal binnen de kortst mogelijke termijn ter plaatse worden uitgevoerd. Geldigheid: Enkel bovengenoemde toestellen komen in aanmerking voor deze 2 Year On Site Warranty. Deze dienst is enkel geldig binnen de waarborgperiode van 24 maanden na aankoop van het toestel door de eindgebruiker. Gelieve document tot staving van waarborg te bezorgen aan de technieker die ter plaatse komt. Deze garantie is enkel geldig op Belgisch en Luxemburgs grondgebied. Deze dienst omvat: Herstelling op aanvraag van de klant in geval van defect. Herstelling of vervanging van beschadigde onderdelen. De wisselstukken zullen nieuw zijn of in een equivalente toestand verkeren. De vervangen onderdelen worden eigendom van Brother. De dienstverlening zal op werkdagen en tijdens de Brother kantooruren van maandag tot vrijdag, behalve op feestdagen verstrekt worden. Zijn niet inbegrepen: De dienstverlening is niet toepasselijk op: programma s, opgeslagen gegevens, bijhorigheden, verbruiksartikelen, elektrische snoeren, evenals voor problemen veroorzaakt met randapparatuur en opties buiten Brother. Het vervangen van verbruiksproducten (toners, drums, inktpatronen, en dergelijke). Periodiek onderhoud en reparatie of vervanging van onderdelen als gevolg van normale slijtage. Tussenkomst wordt niet uitgevoerd indien het defect of de schade veroorzaakt is door transport, een ongeval, blikseminslag, gebrek aan onderhoud, computervirussen, verkeerd of abnormaal gebruik van het toestel overeenkomstig de gebruikshandleiding die bij de levering overhandigd werd. Coordonnées de l appareil : Modèle Numéro de série de la appareil Description de la panne Date de l achat. 2. L intervention sur site se fera dans les plus brefs délais. Validité: Seuls les appareils susmentionnés sont couverts par cette garantie «2 Year On Site». Ce service n est valable que pendant la période de garantie de 24 mois à compter de la date d achat de l appareil par l utilisateur. Prière de remettre la preuve de garantie au technicien qui viendra sur place. Cette garantie est valable uniquement en Belgique et au Grand Duché de Luxembourg. Ce service comprend: Réparation sur demande du client en cas de défectuosité. Réparation ou remplacement des pièces défectueuses. Les pièces de rechange seront neuves ou dans un état équivalent. Les pièces remplacées deviennent la propriété de Brother. Ce service sera presté pendant les jours ouvrables et pendant les heures de bureau de Brother, du lundi au vendredi, sauf jours fériés. Ne sont pas inclus: Ce service ne concerne pas : programmes, données mémorisées, accessoires, consommables, câbles électriques, ainsi que les problèmes causés par l utilisation d équipements et options d une autre marque que Brother. Le remplacement de consommables (toners, tambours, cartouches d encre,etc.) La maintenance périodique et la réparation ou le remplacement de pièces par suite d une usure normale. L intervention n a pas lieu si la défectuosité ou le dommage sont dus au transport, à un accident, un orage, un manque d entretien, des virus informatiques, une utilisation erronée ou anormale de l appareil conformément au mode d emploi fourni lors de la livraison. 30 Standard : 2 year COLLECT & RETURN warranty Betreft: nieuwe procedure Collect & Return van toestellen onder garantie. U dient vanaf heden een aanvraag voor herstellingen online te doen via (eindgebruiker, onderneming of dealer) U doet hiervoor het volgende: U surft naar U selecteert uw taal. U vult alle gevraagde gegevens in: contactgegevens en informatie m.b.t. het te herstellen toestel. U bevestigt uw aanvraag. Op de bevestigingspagina wordt de collect & return procedure uitgelegd en de bevestigde informatie getoond. Zodra wij de aanvraag voor herstelling van u geregistreerd hebben, geven wij een afhaalopdracht aan de transportfirma. Na de herstelling ontvangt u uw toestel terug via Brother. Concerne : nouvelle procédure Collect & Return des appareils sous garantie A partir de ce jour, toute demande de réparation doit être faite en ligne via le site Celle ci est valable tant pour le consommateur final, que pour les sociétés ou les distributeurs. Confirmez votre demande. La page de confirmation vous explique la procédure Collect & Return et vous montre l information confirmée. Dès que nous aurons enregistré votre demande de réparation, nous passerons une demande de collecte à la société de transport. Après la réparation, Brother vous renverra l appareil.
