1 TENDER NO.KGN IT : TENDER FOR OUTSOURCED MANAGED PRINTING SERVICES Date: 3 rd February 2011 ADDENDUM NO.3 In accordance with the Tender for Outsourced Managed Printing Services, KenGen hereby issues addendum No.3 1. On Page Specific Terms and Conditions 4.1. The machines provided should be new Supplier to show proof of technical support by manufacturer of equipment Suppler to give at least 3 customer references in respect to similar projects 4.4. Supplier to provide service help line and escalation path with contacts of responsible persons (mobile numbers and addresses) 4.5. Insurance: it is the supplier s responsibility to insure the equipment against the unforeseen loss or damage to machinery declared by any accidental cause whilst working, at rest, dismantling or reassembly for maintenance, movement or repair The supplier to bear the cost of:- The Equipment Consumables such as toner, drum, rollers and blades All spare parts Electronic and Mechanical Preventive Maintenance Prompt response to service calls Customer Relations Services Free replacement when on major overhaul in our workshop The supplier will provide facilitate implementation in liaison with ICT department Equipment upgrade, consultation and minor software changes are to be carried out free of charge The equipment is to be fully serviced and maintained by the supplier If fault is not rectified within 12 hours the supplier should immediately provide a replacement machine of similar or higher performance Service Level Agreement: Service Level Agreement will be instituted between KenGen and the Lessor Minimum s.
