The provider's and the assistant's minivans are fitted with child seats during the week. The Alternate's Suburban truck is also fitted with child seats during the week. These vehicles are used for field trips. All registered children are familiar with the loading, traveling, and unloading procedures. Any child under 3 years old, present at this FCC, will be in the care of its parent, who will have the appropriate child seat in its own vehicle. Any child with special needs will be accompanied/shadowed by a paraprofessional Procedure for Communicating aid, who will with have each the Parent appropriate Before and child During seat in the its Lockdown: own vehicle. Procedures to Address the Needs of Individual Children, such as Assistance for Infants, Toddlers and Children with Special Needs or Chronic Medical Conditions: All registered children at this FCC are between 3 and 6 years old. All registered children's medications are labeled and located in the kitchen's medicine and First Aid drawer. The Medication Instruction Form with the schedule, dosage and Procedure circumstances for Ensuring for Reunification medicating any after registered the Lockdown: child is located under the daily sign up sheet by the main door. In case of emergency evacuation, relocation, or lockdown, the provider will collect the medications and the Medication Instruction Form and bring them with the emergency backpack which has a copy of all registered children's Health Forms.
