22 How can I help? One goal focused on student completion 2011 Examples: Don Lucas - Increase number of psychology majors that have been specifically advised with a graduation degree plan and audit. Elaine Jansky - Incorporate more discussion on the importance of graduation and an Associate s degree. Adam Reeves - Increase my ability to council students on what classes they need for graduation.

If not, how would you change it in light of the discussion today and your understanding of your superhero role? Can you identify any of your own behavior related to your one goal that is above the line? Or that is below the line and needs changing? Role for Observer: Listen to the superhero responses and provide feedback on the following : is the goal doable, measurable, and how does this make the person a superhero. Provide feedback on above/below the line behavior and help superhero to understand difference.
