2 TRAINING COACH Yeşilyayla Vocational High School In order to increase the success of the students, coach implementations, i supported by volunteer teachers, finding from the related region. With the students demand to have a coach, In this implementations, requirements are as follows: Student should have a family problem, The one who is introverted and doesn t express himself, The one who wants to be successful in lessons but not now. Requirements for coaches in this step: The one who has an ability and capability to communicate and direct the student, The ones from different occupations and jobs, At least university graduation or the ones who are well known positively by the people around them, The one who spend time for the Project continuously.

3 FOR SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT, FELLOW COACH ENKA Schools This step gives aframe development to set up coach culture in your school. For an healthy coach program, it is an answer for why, who, what and how questions.in this workshop, some of the coach abilities are permitted to be implement. Observation and being acoach offers, The effect of being acoach on teacher s success, learning transfer according to different training systems, to coach for another teacher by the coach teacher, Gordon s ability development ladder and to be acoach, evaluation the length of coach period ideas and agreements, coach abilities and observations and workshop where offers are going to be discussed for being a coach. The principals and Ass. Principals of mother care schools, Elementary Schools, Middle and High Schools, an teachers are thought to be invited.

4 I AM READING AND BEING A GOOD EXAMPLE Prof Dr. Selçuk Yahşi Elementary School In this Project, main aim is to give the reading habit, starting from nearby environment and school then to turn this habit to permanent behavior. After the meeting with shareholders, surveys were done in order to find the needs and desires then Project started in life.this workshop was done fort he parents who needed to be trained in order to support their children cognitive,,p physical and social progress. Our share holders were met with the writers in this supported training program. Details of the program are going to be shared at the presentations.

5 TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT VOCATIONAL TARGET In this project, electric department teachers are making an afford for their students not to be certified jobless when they graduate from school. Teachers are divided into groups to find the different profesional branches in the area. The teachers get contact information about manufacturing plants, after they visit the Chamber of electric and electronic.on Saturdays the work places are visited. The forms, prepared p before are filled and shared with the sudents. The students who completed the tenth grade, with his guidance teacher, his parents and school management, choose the department.

6 FUTURE WILL COME WITH MY PROFESSION Siemens J.V. Industry and Commerce Ltd Aim of this project is to train the technical teachers wih high technology, this project first learning then teaching target centered to make amovement such as asnowball. With this implementation, our aim is to create the differences, to increase the international competition, to support the country s development and the most important thing is in this Project to struggle with the unemployment in the country.

7 VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE AND NATIONAL VOCATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM This system takes vocational guidance to individuals by web base base. With life time guidance approach, individuals ages over 13 are the target. System is concerned three parts. Training opportunities consists of formal education, mass education and scholarship information. Job opportunities ii consists of lb labor power market information, i (How to look for ajob, preparing the CV, resign from the job, etc.). Individual evaluation consists of interest, ability and vocational values of individual and measuring them by itself.

8 I AM PROUD IMPORTANT AND THE BEST İzmit Technical & Industrial High School In this project class guidance teacher chooses three good example candidates in class. Three candidates are voted by class members an one of them is choosen.that student gets a rosette for a month. That student represents his class as an honour member. Every month, this choosing system is repeated. At the and of the year in the school two students are choosen among from the students who has got more rosette and they are given prices by the school management.

9 ALTOGETHER RISING UP Uçhisar Elementary School In this project, the student who couldn t reach the target and the one who reached the target study together and they rise up together for the target.with this step among the students, helping, supporting and some social problems can be reduced. d Also, the teacher can spare more time for guidance. So, the school success reach the planned target point.

10 CAR PAINTER TRAINING MODEL BY COOPERATING VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL UNIVERSITYAND INDUSTRY Mercedes Benz Turk J.V. The automotive industry is not only important sector in Turkey but also all around the world. In order to support the global competition conditions it is suggested that the one should know the product and production technology, follow the sector, challenge himself, adopt himself to all changes. In this step, it is necessary to cooperate with the production sector and vocational schools. With this aim Mercedes Benz Turk J.V. Company is cooperating with vocational high schools and vocational higher schools. The aim of this project is to teach and train the students coming from above mentioned schools in Mercedes factory production units where the factory will need them later. And they could get a position easilyin in thesector sector.

11 VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IS NATIONWIDE PROJECT Koç Holding J.V. Koc Group, which is one of the biggest industrial family of Turkey, has started a vocational schools and students supporting project. This project reaches to 8000 students and 264 schools in Turkey between Theproject aim is to tell tll every social il group in Turkey how vocational training is an important case and how important cooperative working among schools. And also industry cooperation is important. In this step also government private sector cooperation is going to be told to the society and to coach qualified manpower and support them and encourage young ngpeople for the vocational training.
