1 Online Acquittal Support Information System (OASIS) Director s Certification Upload Process 1. Log in to OASIS and select View Your Organisation Details (NGO User Enter role) or Maintain Your Organisation Details (NGO System Administrator role) on the left hand menu. 2. On the Organisational Details Display screen, navigate to the Organisation Task List and select Start to commence the Director s Certification document upload process. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***If there is no active Director s Certification reminder, please contact your Primary CSO (Contract Manager) to request the addition of the Director s Certification reminder. ***If your OASIS user role is assigned to a Sub-Division, you will not have the ability to upload the Director s Certification. Please contact your NGO System Administrator to complete the Director s Certification upload process. ***NGO Approver roles cannot complete the Director s Certification upload process.
2 3. The Organisation Documents Maintenance screen will be displayed. Select Browse and select the Director s Certification document to be uploaded into OASIS.
3 4. Add a comment if required (not mandatory) and then select Save to finalise the Director s Certification document upload process. 5. A note will be populated underneath the Save and Cancel buttons once the Director s Certification upload process has been completed. This will indicate that the document has been successfully uploaded. The Comments field can also be edited or populated if required. Select Save to save any new changes. 6. Select View Document to review the uploaded document. 7. Select Cancel to return to the Organisation Details Display screen. If the incorrect document has been uploaded, please refer to the next page for further information on how to replace the incorrect document.
4 Amending the Director s Certification 1. On the Organisational Details Display screen, select View Documents. 2. The Organisation Documents List will be displayed. Select Amend to initiate an amendment to the Director s Certification document. 3. A popup will appear confirming if you wish to initiate an amendment. Select OK to proceed or Cancel to cease the amendment process. 4. The Organisation Documents Maintenance screen will be displayed. If the incorrect document has been uploaded, select Browse and then select the correct document to be uploaded.
5 5. Provide a Reason for Amendment (mandatory field) and then select Save to complete the Director s Certification amendment process. 6. Select View Document to confirm that the correct document has been uploaded and then select Cancel to return to the Organisation Details Display screen. Please note the Reason for Amendment field will disappear once the Save button has been executed. The information has been stored in OASIS but is not visible at this stage. If the incorrect document has been uploaded in error as part of the amendment process, select Cancel and then repeat steps 1 to 6.
6 7. A link to access OASIS Publications and Resources can be found at the OASIS login screen by selecting the OASIS link. 8. Alternatively, a link to access OASIS Publications and Resources can be found by selecting the Help link once logged into OASIS. 9. Select the Contacts link for information about the OASIS Help Desk and other OASISrelated issues. 10. OASIS Publications and Resources:
