Karisma allows for all levels of scheduling from a single site to a centralised booking system for multi-site practices. Similarly, some organisations choose to schedule all patient requests, while others only schedule the services and scanning equipment that are heavily utilised. Karisma s intuitive interface gives you an easy way to move scheduled appointments from one room to another simply drag the appointment in the diary and drop it where you want it. Even altering the length of the appointment is a snap just resize the block with your mouse. You can also distribute resource forecasts and appointment sheets with the press of a button.

This is important for sites that have several bookings staff on duty. Schedule request: Books a procedure in a time and room as automatically allocated by Karisma. In general, the fi rst suitable time slot will be allocated. Schedule request here: Books a procedure into the selected time slot. This button is only enabled if a time slot has been clicked fi rst. Apply resource condition: Allows you to apply conditions for a selected resource. For example, you may need to close a room in order to service the equipment. You must select the resource before applying a condition. Distribute resource forecast: Allows you print the diary page for specifi ed resources and date.
