3 We Offer Different forms of Decorations Silk screening As a manufacturer constantly pushing the boundaries on capabilities, we are using water based inks and discharge inks (on dark garments) on most of our products including all towels. While water based inks take a lot more skill to put on along with double the labor, the finish of the print is very soft and smooth. Don t take our word for it. Check out examples below of our work. We Offer Different forms of Decorations Heat transfer Heat transfer printing is recommended when a design is a picture or requires finer details which may not be desirable from screen printing process. Check out examples below of our work. Sublimation Embroidery Embroidery is traditional method of decorating product. The best gifts are even better with personlization. The price of embroidery is determined based on the number of stitch count in your design.digitizing: $ 50 (c) for up to 8000 stitches. $ 5 (c) per additional 1000 stitches. Forms of Decoration We offer 4 forms of decoration in-house. Silk-screen (recommended for most product), heat transfer printing (recommended when a design is a picture or requires finer details which may not be desirable from silk-screen process), embroidery and sublimation. We are constantly adding new forms of decoration. Returns We are a manufacturer and most of our line is made to order. If the product is decorated, it is non-returnable. If the product is not decorated, and is made to order product, it is non-returnable. If the product is not decorated and as in imported item, item is returnable within 15 days of the shipment of the goods. Product must have an R.A. number in order to be returned. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee with a minimum charge of $ 50 (c). Please ensure you are ordering the right product before placing an order. Therefore, all CorelDraw files should be exported as Adobe Illustrator. For multiple color imprints, vector images must be provided for proper color seperations. Electronic Proofs First proof is at no charge. Additional proofs will be at a cost of $12.50 (g). If artwork needs to be touched up, reconstructed, or manipulated in any way, artwork charges will apply at $50 (g) per hour. Minimum 1 hour.
