9 Meetings Manager The Administrator Portal The Meetings Manager has their own portal, or can access from Entity Management Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings, resolutions and minute books The Administrator Portal can be configured and extended The Meetings Manager works for the Group company and all subsidiary companies

10 Meetings Manager The BoardView Portal The BoardView portal can be fully configured by the Meetings Manager Administrator Add links to any Entity Management data Publish News Bulletins Add relevant KPIs charts, such as meeting attendance

11 Meetings Manager The Calendar The calendar quickly shows when meetings are to be held and resolutions to be passed See a summary or drill-down into the meeting or resolution details

13 Meetings Manager Summary Use Meetings Manager to record and manage meetings to be held and resolutions to be passed You do not need to use BoardView as well Can add extra fields only visible to the Meetings Manager administrators Can track meeting attendance and produce reports Can be configured to allow access to Directors Questionnaires, Related Party Transactions, Insider Announcements, etc Documents attached are protected by Blueprint security and, optionally, Oracle IRM when viewed You can be sure documents will not accidentally get into the wrong hands
