GOALS AND OBJECTIVES Clinical Goal: Develop insight into how to provide health care for children from diverse cultural, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds and how families access the health care system 1. Provide health care to children in many clinical contexts by seeing patients in the community settings at Santa Clara Valley, the Mobile Health Van, and Ravenswood Family Health Center 2. Meet with experts in health insurance programs in order to define the safety net insurance programs for children, and to identify the enrollment process and requirements to qualify for Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, and Family Pact 3.
