Regardless of where you live, you re virtually assured of nearby access to a selection of licensed optometrists. How The Plan Works After you enroll, you ll receive a brochure and ID card detailing your benefits. When using your benefits, simply go to a participating provider and present your Vision Care ID card to receive services and eyewear.
