1 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ACT (CHAPTER 253) PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS (APPROVED QUALIFICATIONS) NOTIFICATION Citation and commencement 1. This Notification may be cited as the Professional Engineers (Approved s) Notification. Approved qualifications 2. (1) The qualifications specified in the Schedule are hereby approved for the purpose of entitling the holders thereof to be registered under section 15(1)(b) of the Act as professional engineers. (2) The qualifications specified in the third column of Part 1 of the Schedule shall be in respect of the branch or branches of engineering specified in relation thereto in the fourth column.
