1 Guide for Opening a Brokerage Account

2 Intro This Guide is intended for assisting elogic clients to open a brokerage account. Step 1 / Online registration The registration for a Broker account at Broco can be done online by via the following web link: The above link will redirect your browser to the account application page, the page will appear as below Image 1: Online registration form

3 Complete the online registration form with your Login-Data and address and click Save. Now you will be redirected to a new page with a message that you have been registered and need to activate your personal online account. Thereto Broco will send you an activation link to the specified address. As soon as you click on this activation link, your online account will be activated (See Image 2: Registration successful). Image 2: Registration successful Now you can login to your personal area at Broco, thereto please visit the login page shown below and use the login date you have specified in the registration form:

4 Upon sucessful login, you will see the Welcome screen. In order to open your personal trading account, click on open personal trading account. Image 3: Welcome screen Once you have clicked on open personal trading account, a new online form will open, here you need to choose the account type. Please select Broco Trader-Classic and then click on Next. Image 4: Account type (Broco Trader-Classic)

5 The wizard will show a new online form, here you have to specify some account options. Please make sure you use the following settings and then click Next. Image 5: Account options Account options: common Choose currency: USD Leverage: 1:200 By clicking Next you will be directed to a page where you need to select the account type (private or corporate account). Depending on your requirement choose the appropriate account type and click Next. Now you need to answer a few identity related questions about the account holder or questions related to your organization in case of a corporate account. As part of the banking compliance you are required to submit a copy of your passport or a copy of Memorandum of Association (MOA) in case of a Corporate account. These documents are to be submitted electronically, in form a legible scanned copy.

6 Please fulfill the fields marked with a * as they are mandatory, all other s can be ignored. Make sure that you do read the red marked documents (Trading agreement). Image 6: Personal data Once you have submitted the form by clicking Next, the following form will appear: Image 7: Payment method As shown in the example above, please ensure that you select Bank transfer in foreign currency then click Next.

7 On the next form you will be asked to register your bank details. The bank account details here will be used to withdraw funds to your bank account. Image 8: Bank details As soon as you have completed all fields marked with a *, please click on Ready. Now you have successfully completed all steps in the online form, you will now be redirected to the following webpage: Image 9: Questionnaire completed

8 In a last step you now need to a scanned copy of your passport along with the signed account opening agreement Application for joining Agreement to Broco. Application for joining Agreement Please print this document, then complete it with your Passport-number, place of residence and the date. the signed copy of the agreement to [email protected] and to info@elogic-sys-com Once you have completed all of the above mentioned steps, Broco will confirm the account opening, which normally takes around 24 hours, via . If you log-on to your personal area and click on My Trading accounts, you will be able to see your personal trading account in there. / end of Step 1

9 Step 2 / Funding your Broker-Account Once your Trading Account has been established, you can now fund your account in order to commence trading activity. Thereto please find below the bank details to fund your personal trading account. Beneficiary: BroCo Investments Inc. IBAN of the Beneficiary: CY BIC (SWIFT): PRMSCY2N Payment Reference: Funding account number as per agreement # BT 08 Please make sure that you mention your trading account ID, so that the funds can be allocated to your trading account. As soon as the funds have been allocated to your trading account, you will receive a fund transfer confirmation message via . Upon receipt, you can check the account balance by logging in to your personal online account. Once you have logged-in to your account, click on My trading account, you shall now be able to see a funded and active account. / end of Step 2
