4 Seminars and Legal Drafting Courses All JD students are required to take an approved upper- level writing course, in addition to LARC I, II, and III. The advanced writing curriculum includes courses in legal drafting, advanced legal research and judicial and scholarly writing. Seminars are discussion- based courses and are capped at 20 students.
