3 ONLINE PowerChurch Plus is one of the top selling church management software packages available today. It helps organize Membership, Contributions, Accounting, and an Events Calendar into one complete software package. Features are explained in detail on the following pages. PowerChurch Plus is licensed to the church or organization. There are no hidden fees if the size of your church or staff grows in the future. If your office is networked, all users can work in the program at the same time for no additional cost. PowerChurch Online is an installation of PowerChurch Plus which resides on our servers. This allows you to connect and run the program from virtually any computer with access to the internet. Two users can access the shared information at a time. There is no limit to the number of users or computers that you set up with access. It s PC, Mac, and Linux compatible! PowerChurch Online is ideal if you have staff or volunteers who work from home or are a new church plant and do not have an office at all. Available as an add-on for PowerChurch Plus or Online. Secure and private Using PowerChurch you can securely record contributions, including recurring gifts. To protect the privacy of each giver, access to giving information can be restricted on a per-user basis. Insure accuracy and save time PowerChurch can utilize a MICR check reader that inputs the numbers from the bottom of the check and automatically finds the contributor in your records. This will increase the speed of data entry as well as improve data entry accuracy. Save paper and postage Generate electronic Contribution Statements easily then automatically them to each of your contributors. This not only saves money on paper and postage, it can expedite requests for giving updates.
