Designed for centralized mass data storage, this IP SAN solution can be used with the high performance streaming server HUS-IPS- STM-E to stream videos at D1 resolution. With best-in-class performance and reliability, the HUS-IPS-5100S(D)-E is most suitable for large-scale surveillance such as airports, railway facilities, ports, utility plants, city surveillance, boarders etc, where centralized mass video storage is required. Location of internal disks can be swapped without any change or loss of configuration information and data of the disc s internal array. This is to prevent data loss caused by incorrect cabling Support RAID0/1/5/6/10 and global hot backup or free disk hot backup Visualized topologic management IP SAN (including hard discs) status display through a single visualized interface Database rollback and data recovery SAS and SATA can be installed in the same rack, which guarantees easy hierarchical storage and dynamic data migration in order to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs

The JBOD also adopts 3U16Bay Simple Operation, Management, Maintenance The visualized interface offered by the storage system management software guarantees easy configuration and monitoring of HDDs and RAID groups The storage system management software supports unified management and maintenance of multiple storage devices to simplify operation and to reduce costs Power Saving Minimize overall power consumption with the use of MAID (Massive Arrays of Idle Disks) technology. Hard discs are active only when data is being saved or retrieved instead of staying active at all time. 20 to 30% reduction in power consumption if the MAID technology is utilized Intelligent Video Analytics Video Analytics features can be applied with the HUS IP SAN solution. Out of 128 channels of recording, 6 of the channels can perform Video Analytics features at D1 resolution, or, 4 of the channels at 720P/1080P.
