Buss, CEO of Buss Mechanical Services Inc, is from Norfolk, Nebraska where his father had Buss Plumbing and Heating Inc. started in He grew up in the mechanical business and has a total of 46 years in the mechanical business with most of it in commercial contracting. He has managed projects totaling over 8.5 million dollars. He currently holds all of the licenses, estimates and manages many of our projects. Marggie M. Buss Marggie M. Buss, CFO, brings over 36 years of accounting and management experience. As CFO, she oversees the accounting department and manages all of the financial and administrative aspects of the company as well as employee benefits, taxes, insurance and investments. John Buss John Buss, President has over 29 years in the business. John has a large background in what we call the dry side of the Heating and Ventilating business where he had been a Superintendent on large scale projects in Texas. John estimates and manages many of our projects as well as overseeing operations. Lennie M. Buss-Egana Lennie M. Buss-Egana, Sec., Treas., brings 9 years of Banking and Financial Experience to the company. She has been on the team full time since July Her main focus is managing all financial aspects of Buss Mechanical Services, Inc. Her experience in accounting and HR duties includes but not limited to AP, AR, Job Cost, Taxes, Reconciling, Financial Reporting, Licensing/Permitting. She is also the Safety Director of the company. Chris Buss Chris Buss, Vice President, has over 15 years plumbing experience. He has been a successful field superintendent and is now an Estimator/Project Manager. He also manages and oversees the man power in the field. Adam Warr Adam Warr, Vice President, has been with the company for over 8 years as Controller. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Accounting Degree. His experience is in accounting and HR duties including but not limited to AP, AR, Payroll, Certified Payroll Compliance, Job Cost, Company 401K, Taxes, Reconciling Purchase Orders, Permitting, and Travel Coordination.

5 Isaac Nemnich Isaac Nemnich has been a project manager for Buss Mechanical Services, INC. for three years. His previous service in the military supports his extensive management background. Isaac also estimates and brings CAD experience to the projects he works on. Max Zastrow Max Zastrow has been with the Company since April He started out working in field and was promoted from within. Max graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management in He Estimates as well as project manages. Becca Dummer Becca Dummer has been with Buss since She recently graduated from Boise State University with an accounting degree. Her focus is receiving purchase orders, permitting, accounts payable and misc. other duties. Gerry Fordham Gerry Fordham, Purchasing Agent, has over 43 years of experience in the plumbing supply business. He is a critical asset in the purchasing department. Mark Holt Mark Holt, Field Superintendent, brings over 25 years of experience and is responsible for the quality and timeliness of our installations.
