UniSim Design AS1 UniSim Design is a process simulation software package that enables engineers to create steady state and dynamic models for plant design and analysis. New features and enhancements include simplified simulation workflow, improved revision control, single compound lists, improved adjust convergence control and much more. UniSim Operations AS2 UniSim Operations primary purpose is to provide an environment for development and delivery of competency training for Console and Field operators. UniSim Operations uses UniSim Design to provide dynamic process plant simulation which replaces the real plant. The process model links through Honeywell control and logic solutions to the operator console providing a high fidelity training tool based on the actual HMI used on the real plant. UniSim operations provides an interface for instructors to control the session and evaluate trainee perfomance. A sneak peek at the new features being released in USO R430 to support operator competency will be available for demonstration. Process & Equipment Health Management AS6 The Process and Equipment Health Management area will highlight solutions for improved monitoring for the early detection of process and equipment health problems to both predict and proactively respond to those conditions. The demonstrations will cover monitoring from smart field instruments, valves, rotating equipment (pumps and compressor), heat exchangers, as well as corrosion monitoring. The area will also highlight solutions for large mining assets such as haul trucks, shovels, and crushers or other process equipment. Uniformance History & Analytics AS7 Honeywell s Uniformance PHD Server provides a robust rich historian with a new configuration toolset, a new system status console, and integrated system monitoring. Uniformance Process Studio features integrated applications for viewing and analyzing data through trends and graphics based on HMIWeb technology, with the ability to reuse graphics. R310 introduces an event historian for, TPS and OPC. See Uniformance Process Studio event displays, analysis and SPC trends, enhanced collaboration, and OPC HDA connectivity. Blending & Movement Management AS8 Visit the Blending and Movement Management (BMM) demonstration area, and discover how BMM delivers complete planning, execution, and performance monitoring of off-sites blending and movement operations. Included in this year s demonstration is integration with Honeywell s Field Advisor for improved execution of manual actions for off-sites movements. Process Gas Chromatograph GC9300 Controller EFS RMG 2 The new Process Gas Chromatograph PGC 9303 is the first process gas chromatograph to measure standard natural gas and hydrogen and oxygen components of unconventional gas (biogas, power-to-gas) in one integrated device, precisely determining gas composition. Flow Computer ERZ 2000-NG EFS RMG 3 The new ERZ 2000-NG flow computer and gas volume corrector meets the challenges of today s fast growing natural gas industry. Featuring a new graphical touchscreen user interface, it is a versatile instrument designed to meter gas flow, correct measured volume, calculate energy consumption and display all data via standardized protocols. Gas Metering Management EFS RMG 5 The RMG Gas Metering Management software and service package provides operators and measuring stations with a means of tailored station monitoring and simple management. It comprises three modules: Gas Metering Monitor for the schematic representation of the station, Gas Metering Analysis for the supply of measuring and energy data, Gas Metering Terminal for the simple configuration, parameterisation and maintenance of measuring devices from RMG by Honeywell and third-party suppliers. Electronic Volume Corrector EC 600 EFS RMG 6 The brand new EC 600 is certified for volume conversion at the gas exit point as a stand-alone system, or bundled with a gas meter for further flow control in the distribution network. Featuring simple plug and measure operation, it is designed to correct gas meter volume and record the customer s usage information. The volume corrector communicates alarms, maintenance information and customer consumption records to data collection systems. HC900 EFS RMG 7 The Station Control System HC 900 is a controller with touch panel (HMI system) for all potential automation tasks in gas stations.

Turbo Machinery Control E7 The Turbomachinery Control Solution delivers unique integration capabilities for applications requiring very fast response times such as found in turbomachinery control and protection systems. Customers using the Turbomachinery Control Solution do not depend on standalone PLC or black boxes anymore. Instead, they benefit from a unified control platform delivering boiler control, balance of plant control, turbine and compressor automation, compressor anti-surge protection, and general plant and safety controls from a single platform. 6 OneWireless Network R220 OW1 Honeywell OneWireless Network Release 220 software includes four new features: 1. OneWireless Wireless Device Manager (WDM) Redundancy WDM s redundancy improves the reliability of the OneWireless Network by ensuring no loss of process data. With the OneWireless Network R220 software, two WDMs can be paired with one acting as the primary WDM and the other as the backup WDM. The backup WDM is actively linked to the primary WDM via the RDN ports so that it can take immediate control if the primary WDM fails or is shut down. The pair of WDMs is synchronized so that any changes made to the primary WDM will be automatically reflected in the backup WDM. 2. Honeywell Enraf Interface The Honeywell Enraf interface allows communication between the Honeywell Enraf SmartRadar FlexLine and Honeywell Enraf Entis Pro, Enraf s tank gauging application. Leveraging the ISA100 Wireless tunneling capability, the SmartRadar can send wirelessly level and custody transfer information to Entis Pro. 3. Dedicated VLAN for Process Data The Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) Software 7.5 has been qualified with OneWireless Network R220. Users can assign the process data to a dedicated VLAN which is tagged with the highest priority. This ensures that all critical information from wireless instruments is always received first. 4. User Interface and Network Performance Enhancements The WDM user interface has been further enhanced to simplify the configuration and monitoring of the ISA100 Wireless network. These enhancements include new diagnostic reports such as the Connection History report which lists all connection changes and the Device History report which lists all device status changes (e.g., online, offline, etc.). OneWireless OW2 Industrial wireless tackles critical business issues. Honeywell s solutions natively and seamlessly integrate with the distributed control system, and include wireless field instruments, mobile computing devices, wireless networks, advanced applications, and services such as consulting, design, installation, commissioning, and support key to ensuring a turnkey experience that protects your wireless investment. Fusion4 Multistream Controller MSC-A EFS 3 The Fusion4 MultiPak combines the world s most prolific additive control manifold, with the state of the art Fusion4 Multi Stream Controller - Additive (MSC-A), designed exclusively to accurately manage chemical injection. Fusion4 MultiPak can control and monitor up to 12 injectors simultaneously. It is the most intuitive and technologically advanced additive injector on the market today. MeterSuite EFS 4 MeterSuite is a composite of advanced firmware and application engineering, integrated within a sustainable and proven industrial control platform, PKS. The building blocks that make up a standard control system are utilized to provide the fiscal/allocation metering functions traditionally implemented in flow computer devices. As a result, metering becomes embedded within the distributed control systems (DCS), rather than held in bespoke flow computers, Metering Supervisory or SCADA systems. MeterSuite uses the C300/C200 controller as the fiscal point. Additional flow computing calculations can easily be configured in the software, linking new instrument inputs to results. The controllers support a wide variety of I/O, including analog, remote, FOUNDATION fieldbus and HART, allowing metering to follow the chosen approach to I/O. Wireless FlexLine Radar Gauge EFS 5 The SmartRadar FlexLine Wireless is part of Honeywell s ISA100-compliant OneWireless offering for a cost-effective solution that is secure, scalable and open. Honeywell Enraf SmartRadar FlexLine provides precise tank gauging information, which is augmented with additional parameters for pressure, temperature, water level and valve position measured by Honeywell OneWireless XYR 6000 Wireless Transmitters. Information can be communicated back to the control room using a safe, reliable and secure ISA100 network.
