7 Yardsites - Program Successes Analyses shows that for every $1 spent on flood protection, $23 in flood damage averted for private systems 92% of clients satisfied with funding levels provided 90% of clients satisfied with engineering and technical advice provided 94% of clients happy with the response to their requests for assistance Image&goes&here&

11 HOW THE WORK WAS COMPLETED Scrivener Claims was hired to undertake the task of conducting a review of the financial assets 77 individual yard sites Field inspections of 39 RMs and communities. The field visits were chosen, at random from a larger group of 439 proponents

12 INDIVIDUAL YARD SITES Estimated value of the property split into classes Class A: present: valued at $225/ft 2 Class B: : valued at $200/ft 2 Class C: : valued at $175/ft 2 Class D: Prior to 1940: valued at $150/ft 2 Established replacement costs of homes based on different standards of construction in each age class.
