Winners have benefited from worldwide recognition and the ability to market their product as a winner of this prestigious competition. This year, the competition raised the bar at the 2015 Expo (Atlanta, November 4 6) with a new class of entries in categories from digital inks, finishing and media to direct-to-garment, roll-to-roll and UV flatbed. Every entry this year took printing technology to a new level, said Ray Weiss, SGIA s Digital Imaging Specialist. Those who won are truly exemplary within their category. Congratulations to the 2015 Product of the Year Winners: Category 101: Digital Inks Sawgrass with SubliJet-HD Sublimation Inks for Virtuoso SG 800 Printers SubliJet-HD sublimation inks enable you to decorate a wide variety of products made from polyester fabrics or polymer-coated rigid media, such as acrylic, glass and slate. Combined with the Virtuoso SG 800 printer, the single-use cartridges can produce high-definition images of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi with desktop systems and up to 1440 x 1440 with the 25-inch system. Category 102: Finishing Display/Exhibit Hardware Visual Magnetics with VM-SHELF VM-SHELF is a magnetic shelving system with a modular design to simplify merchandise displays in retail settings, using a combination of steel framing, an InvisiLock magnet and a wide range of shelf materials and graphic options to create a dynamic shelf system that is easy to apply, reposition and remove by retail staff without the need for tools, adhesives or additional hardware. Category 104: Finishing Equipment Laminators Rolinx Performance Products with Kala Mistral

2 The Mistral 1650 is a 65-inch laminator that offers single-sided lamination, simultaneous lamination and adhesive mounting, and encapsulation and board mounting up to two inches thick. Category 110: Media Rigid Panel Processing Inc with Liquid Chalkboard Specifically formulated for use with liquid chalk markers, this smooth, water-based chalkboard coating is suited for signage that may need to be screen printed or digitally printed. Category 112: Media Textile Flag Top Value Fabrics with Flag Superb 3

4 Flag Superb is constructed specifically for flag manufacturers to achieve optimal print through. It is a lightweight, flameresistant flag polyester that is bright white and provides a wide palette for high quality prints. This knitted flag material is also REACH compliant. Category 113: Media Textile Framing Systems Fisher Textiles with DD 6788 MoJo (Backlit Fabric) MoJo is a wrinkle-resistant backlit fabric for dye sub, UV and latex printing, specially engineered for light dispersion to produce brilliant backlit prints. It is flame retardant, weighs 5.3 ounces and is stocked at 120 inches wide. Category 115: Media Vinyl (Pressure Sensitive) DAF Products Inc. with the GECKO GRIP (INSIDE MOUNT WINDOW PERF. FILM) Gecko Grip is a solvent inkjet printable one-way vision film that allows imagers to print and face-mount perforated prints to windows without the need for additional adhesives or mounting films. Gecko Grip is easily removable and can be repositioned anytime during or after installation.
