The Communicator contains an IP-based PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system and VMS (Voice Mail System) inside and supports VoIP communication through DECT wideband handsets. The MOCET Communicator supports up to 4 SIP trunks, 1 phone extension and up to 5 DECT extensions. SMB Office Conferencing Application To save money in investment of a room-based expensive video conferencing system and be easier to communicate muni cate with your clients through both available but low cost ipad APP, a MOCET Communicator or SOHO Suite is adapted apte for daily conference in SMB office. The Communicator is installed in a company meeting etin room om while the embedded edde ded PBX works in background for all DECT wireless handsets and Communicator muni itself. Even you remove the ipad from the Communicator, the DECT phone system is still working for all handsets. s. Users can use DECT handsets to make or receive a call or join a conference. Here is a case that the ipad is docked for a video conference nc e call (1) The Communicator is running Skype APP with Video conferencing on. (2) The IP-MIC microphone pair is connected to Communicator for better voice input in distance. (3) The Communicator is connected to Apple Airplay through an office WiFi AP. And an Apple itv box (cost at $99 retail price) is connected to the TV HDMI port. So, the remote client is shown on both Communicator and TV. At this moment, the Speaker is switched to TV while the Microphone is still kept at the Communicator side. (4) During meeting, the branch office manger is invited to join the call. Main office, client and branch office are all in a Skype conference room. (5) Meanwhile the client mentions about technical issue, and one member, in the conference room, uses a DECT handset to call to Technical center for check and get an answer for client. And the technical center staff is using a DECT handset too.
