24 Closing remarks ncosts for the state are steadily increasing, currently compensated within the welfare system nmost probably the costs for the state will continue to increase due to increasing number of registered workplace accidents and high number of occupational diseases ncosts are increasing also for employers (direct costs) ndiscussions about costs of accidents is becoming an important topic to raise awareness on occupational health and safety and to convince employers 24
