Safe Harbor Crew has been designed to fill this need and continues to follow MHG s mission to Protect the Yacht Owner s Investment in Captains and Crew. For all international yacht crew the challenge of obtaining quality, worldwide, comprehensive health coverage can be a frustrating exercise. Domestic programs provide insufficient coverage and benefits for the unique demands of the yachting profession. Safe Harbor Crew meets this challenge and is designed to cover international professional yacht crew, irrespective of nationality. It incorporates flexibility of plan design as well as simplicity of set up and administration. Safe Harbor Crew recognizes that international professional yacht crew have a unique lifestyle and this is reflected in the many benefits provided as well as in some of the other unique features of this program. This comprehensive program is loaded with important features including an Emergency Medical Evacuation benefit, coverage for SCUBA and Winter Sports, Vision, Maternity, Wellness as well as optional benefits such as Group Dental, Dependent Coverage, Accidental Death and Term Life. Safe Harbor Crew provides 24 hour protection and is primary coverage to each vessel's P & I, thereby assuring a prompt response to all eligible treatment claims. Eligibility - Safe Harbor Crew is designed for yachts employing a minimum of 3 crewmembers. The plan is available to crewmembers of all nationalities working full time aboard non-us registered vessels. Coverage can also extend to crew assigned to shipyards for new build or refit operations (some restrictions may apply). How to Apply - The first step is to complete and submit the short Request for Quote (RFQ) form available from your broker. A written quote for coverage of your crew will be ed before any further commitment is required. Coverage may be bound shortly thereafter in accordance with your written instructions.

Plan Features Worldwide health coverage, 24 hours a day, at work, leisure and on vacation Emergency Medical Evacuation coverage Coverage is primary to P&I Choice of any medical facility anywhere. Extensive independent provider network available in the USA Coverage included for typical crew activities such as SCUBA, Winter Sports and Amateur Sailboat Racing 24 hour Emergency Medical Assistance provided Simple enrollment, billing and plan administration included Dependents of covered crewmembers may be included (at the plan sponsor's discretion) Pre-existing Conditions are normally covered after 12 months of continuous coverage Wellness and vision benefit provided after 12 months continuous coverage Maternity and Newborn Care benefit provided after 10 months of continuous coverage Flexible Plan Design Choice of Medical plan annual Deductible Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing available Additional benefits available at the plan sponsor's discretion are: Group Dental - Dependent Coverage - Term Life & Accidental Death Safe Harbor Crew Quality, Worldwide Medical Insurance for Professional Yacht Crew

Subject to Special Maternity Pre-notification requirements Average Semi-Private Rate, including nursing service Usual, Reasonable and Customary (Subject to Deductible and Coinsurance) After 12 months of continuous coverage and subject to $50 Deductible. Covered up to $150 every 24 months for routine eye exam. Covered up to $100 every 24 months for corrective lenses, contacts and frames Emergency Medical Evacuation Up to $1,000,000 Lifetime Maximum, for Insured Persons under the age of 65 Repatriation of Remains Chiropractic Care $25,000 Maximum per Insured Person $25 Maximum per visit, maximum 20 visits per Calendar Year per Insured Person.
