4 2014 YEAR IN REVIEW It is our pleasure to present the Eller MBA Employment Report. The Career Management team, in conjunction with students and business leaders, plays a pivotal role in supporting MBA candidates as they transition to new fields, functions, and industries. From mock interviews, to career treks, to showcase events, each program experience is provided to offer students real-world scenarios and prepare them for all future professional endeavors. Eller MBA is part of a diverse, close-knit learning community that is immersed in the culture of a large university. The small class sizes and low facultystudent ratio offer students unique opportunities to develop business acumen and leadership skills sought by employers. The program s focus on experiential learning, communication, and data analytics provides the foundational skills needed for students to work effectively with leaders and stakeholders at all levels. Our program prides itself on developing innovative business leaders who can drive bottom line results. #48 with the US News & World Report. Furthermore, US News & World Report ranked our McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship as #11 and our MIS program as #5. These honors speak to the extraordinary value our students bring to employers across the globe. With this employment report, we are thrilled to share our accomplishments with you and invite you to join us in celebrating our successes and being part of our future! Hope Jensen Schau Associate Dean of Eller MBA Programs Associate Professor of Marketing Gary M. Munsinger Chair in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Jennifer Maiorany Director MBA Career Management In 2014, we maintained our top 50 status and were ranked 42

The differentiator with the Eller MBA is the reinforcement of theory and research with real world application evident in the business communication and consulting project experiences. This type of results oriented experience is what sets Eller apart from other top tier programs and gives Eller graduates the practical tools to compete in a tough job market. ~ Josh Dow, Class of 2014, Eaton Product Strategy Manager, Veteran: US Marine Corps, Captain 108
