Nurse Practitioner - Summer Hill Medical Services, Utica, NY Practiced full time collaboratively with several physicians and nurse practitioners in facilities providing care to residents at various levels of need including long term care, rehabilitation, palliative care, post-acute care, and memory clinic. Contracted services in St. Luke s Home, Allen-Calder Home and Rehab, and Loretto in Utica, NY. Preceptor for medical students from SUNY Upstate, six semesters. Registered Nurse - Self-Employed, Utica, NY Provided home care independently for private families including young adults with acute and terminal illnesses, older adults with acute and chronic conditions, and at end of life.
