1 The Nameless Ones One of the most important aspects of your consciousness is the ability to discern. Discernment has to do, primarily, with your own understanding of what connections you have formed in the past, what connections you have now and what connections you would like to experience in the future. The interconnectedness of time elements between past, present and future merge and you look at the passage of your life differently. You begin to organize the cells of your body in different ways than before and relate in the world from a much more grounded place. The choices that are made cause and affect the reality that you put into place for yourself and for others. As you are creating this discernment a sense of recognition that, you are a powerful being, supporting life in ways that impact, not only your experience, but also the experience of everyone. The ability to use your energy in a distinctly creative way, to have more energy to align the intention of your life so as to be effective in the world in the ways your truly desire, show up because discernment is allowing you to make changes in the environment of your thought process. You move from the dualistic framework of separation to the experience of unification. If you had an assignment that said, Remember your regrets, remember understandings you gained and things that still plague you, irritate, aggravate or frustrate you." If you had this assignment you would cull the wheat from the chaff. You would look at yourself as an individual and say in a discerning manner, I am to take the past, present and future and unify it in the moment. When I discern what is happening I have the capability of acting from a place of relative and absolute truth. A place of perfection, I could engender if I were to put my heart and soul behind that kind of truth and absolute understanding, a place of integrity and wholeness." The experience of feeling separate, of blaming someone, judging, not accepting, belittling or prejudice can be rolled together with the present understanding, the discernment that is now with you. Assignment: Changing the Consciousness Twenty-one days is a time frame for a transformation or shift to occur, for changing consciousness, for experiencing the sense of no time. For a period of twenty-one days, take the past and roll it into the future through the present. Have an intention to spark a relationship with time as if time is your friend and you say, Could you

2 help me get this together? Could you watch my back, my front and my middle, experiencing with me a real resonance that becomes connected in each moment that I have access to through this idea that no time is the point in the center of my body, or the center of the earth beneath my feet?" Whatever feels the most comfortable way to understand the motion of how my consciousness unifies. That is what I choose to do. In the center of the circle, whether looking at it in front, beneath, inside or in front of you, what you see are levels of understanding that exist in all dimensions of past, present and future. The discernment is to know whatever the message is it comes from the heart of your original vibration. There are always aspects, which can be looked at by accessing particular experiences that have to do with what makes you cry, laugh, sad, hurt, joyful or harmonious. When do you feel balanced? When do you feel the most stabilized? Non-duality takes you to the place of resolution. Non-duality means that the objectsubject, the experience of seeing something as something you have to wait for, hope for, have faith in or belief in, dissolves because you realize it is just something you are holding away from in this moment. In the vibration of who you are all of those opportunities, the awareness and understandings are right there with you. The essence, of who you are, that vibration, is striving to be free and to honor its own essential essence and creation. This is what motivation is, the goal or instinct for life. What becomes important is that aspects that seem to feel separate from where you are, perhaps your health, wealth, well-being, connection inside or outside, around or through are seen as the object out in front of you or separate from you that you cannot grasp. Look at whatever is coming up and see it as a thread in the movement of integration into the experience of oneness. The oneness idea is clarifying in you through your challenges. Whatever your challenges are, that is the grist for the mill, the energy to move you into a place where resolving the points that seem separate can be identified and woven together as one seed or point of awareness. The more you have your finger on the pulse of your own process, the more connected you are to multi-dimensional spaces that are moving integration into the fore, or into the front of experience, with the synthesis of unification that is happening organically on the planet. It becomes easier and you are not struggling or moving in a separate way in a certain frame of time trying to figure out how all the elements of your life will come together. 2

3 In order for this to work, discern where the point of contact for you is best experienced. Is it in front of you, above you, within you, underneath your feet? Where does the past, present and future want to come into a fine point of revelation for you? That is your first opportunity to check in with your awareness. Where do you feel time? If you feel you want something, where is it in the location of your own consciousness? Is it in front of you, behind you, above you? Is it out to your right because you think the future is on the right? Are you going to turn that way and leave the life you are in to go in pursuit of something and not bring it into the life you are actually living? Look at the pattern! You might take a couple of days to look at the pattern and say, "What is it that wants to come together in terms of my perspective and perception of what is available?" We have in the universe right now, what we might call a magnified force field bringing everything to a critical mass. If you are in awareness discerning things that have been challenging, learned, frustrating, things you want to resolve, things you are excited about, joyous about, feeling healthy or unhealthy about, you are okay! This is how you can work with that process and you will find that you have a lot of space in you. Things are easier, even if challenging. You sense a very healthy, clear and concise space within which to work. Close your eyes for a second and imagine bringing together into conciseness the lessons, challenges, excitements, potentials of your life, the expression and your connection in relationship with everything that is. In that awareness, where would the coming together point be? Knowing more about what is unconscious, what is in the future, what you are working with, running from and what is ready to come together and unify, where would it show itself? Pay attention to that space. Five minutes a day, minimum, play around with that point. Very important! When looking at that point, take the same understandings you have been getting about your life, personality, psyche, likes and dislikes about yourself, what you love about yourself, are proud of and let all of that come from your left side through the center of the circle that focused on. Change the location of the circle if it feels comfortable. Bring it from the left with the intention that information you have been discerning is helping to take apart the ways that you separate and create duality in your experience. Where does drama, hurt, judgment, feelings of unworthiness, whatever it is that forms in your experience, where does it come from? It is a stream of energy coming into the center. The Center 3

4 The center is a pure place of perception. When you are there in that moment, nothing is happening there in your mind. It is as if you are looking through a crystal ball, something is coming through and you are watching it enter and watching it leave. Then it goes through the center of the circle of light, or consciousness and then goes to the right. Remember that time is a hula-hoop. As it goes to the right, it goes to the future and you can follow it with your imagination. Follow it and imagine it going out to the right. See it as it touches into the resolution of what is there for you when you bring these three points together. It is the 3-in-1, the collaboration of full consciousness. When it goes through and into the future, it is going to come around again and come back in the stream on the left and again into the center. Five minutes a day gives you a sensation of how to work with time, the concept of no time and how to be involved in the experience of balance that occurs when not everything in your perception is seen as outside the band of your consciousness. Examples of this are hoping, wanting, praying, judging, feeling unaccepted, discrimination, some kind of prejudice against you that forms a projection that repeatedly brings you certain realities, or the idea that projecting that out unconsciously, puts someone in a place that is not necessarily wholesome. What you find as this goes around and you move it through, those ideas about what you would like to do differently, gel and you make changes in your consciousness. Separation The ability to not separate comes from knowing what separation involves. It becomes a skillful means, a way to honor that you have tools that help you fulfill your design. For instance, if you have said something you wish you had said differently, instead of waiting three weeks and then writing somebody a note, immediately you say, "Sorry, I meant to say it this way." There is no shame, embarrassment or judgment and there is a quick transition to acknowledging that, "I can, change the dynamics of what just occurred." You trust the process of life to support that. There are no levels at which the integration of your consciousness comes apart because you can look at what it is that is designing each moment, because you are 4

5 part of the designing. You do not have to wait until afterwards to recognize how you want it designed. This takes awareness! You have been discerning your life, experiences, personality, ways to relate to everything and how you want that to change. Why does something continue to come up? What is it bringing in terms of the charge of drama in your body that comes from any number of sources? Part of this design is to recognize that you are in the middle of full consciousness, by looking at the center of the universe, either in front, above, below, within, around, whatever it is that works. Looking at the center of the universe is the point of confluence, which has a very rich dynamic to it. This is where the field of union emanates from and how consciousness forms. If you look at this process without attachment, it becomes detached from you. This no longer has the same weight or charge and gives you an opportunity to look at relationship. As your pattern comes in you can ask that other people's patterns come in as well. You have awareness of what those patterns are, how they work, what they do as they evolve and how to understand that consciousness. Presence Presence deepens your reality. When present and available in your body, you have presence. The parts of you that were running away from your body are now instilled in the body. Presence is always a good thing! As you have presence, you sense that you can fully align with different aspects of your experience and consciousness. Dive in and work with that, feel it fully in place and design, calibrate, orchestrate and unify it all by being the center of the consciousness. That center is not just your point of focus, not just the unified field of origination or the place of no time, but the place where discernment begins to rest within the energy of creation. This means that when you are in a non-conditioned space and time is moving like a hula-hoop through the center of your perception, you are on the wave. It is an interdimensional knowing. You are in yourself, in your body and everywhere else as well. You have access to your design, to information that brought you here and to conditions that affected you. You see the design, information and conditions without feeling stress, frustration, anger, or resentment. 5

6 Stabilizing You are beginning to stabilize new patterns of energy and it is strongly recommended that you stay flexible. In the flexibility of the discernment are new ways to work with consciousness, which brings different vibrations into the threshold of the cells. This helps the bodies to be stronger during this particular time. It is important to understand that the framework of the arcing level of consciousness, which is the critical mass, is moving faster than the human body is used to. Grounding in the earth in the old ways no longer works. Stabilize with your own arc, your own energy of experience and your own framework of resonance. Vibrating in all the cells of your body with the experience of the essence you carry, stabilizes you. Four Level Meditation: Stabilizing Exercise First Level: Balance your body by imagining you are sinking into the earth and all the cells of your body are resting on the earth and dissolving. Breathe in the energy of the experience of who you are; your identity, needs, wants and desires bringing all of that in as you breathe into the body. Let it go down into the earth and dissolve. Second Level: Bring all your feelings, emotions and longings as water over the top of your body as it is lying on the earth dissolving. The water is 3 or 4" deep and flows over your body. Rest and let the water, the fluid, flow down into the body and down into the earth and rest. Third Level: Bring in the mind, like a cobalt blue 3" or 4" thick level, like a blanket. Rest the mind on the emotion that is dissolving as fluid into the body, dissolving as energy into the earth. After you dissolve it into the earth feeling all three levels vibrating at the same rate of speed, having no distinction anymore, it is all part of the earth. Fourth Level: Bring in the spirit, which is your fourth level. It is bubbling, oscillating sunlight on water, like champagne bubbles. Bring that in, around, above, below, on top, and above your head, and below your feet, over your tummy and underneath your back. Everything becomes bubbles and light. Then go to sleep. You are leaning to experience yourself as a congruent wave of energy. This helps stabilize the physical symptoms that you have. It will assist you to understand 6

7 yourself as energy, which means less attachment, meaning that the levels vibrate more clearly together. Emotion is not over on one side of you and the mind on the other wanting different things, shoulds, woulds and coulds. It lets you be in the space of your own knowing and the vibration becomes connected in the moment to what is. Try waking up and focusing for five minutes in the center of your experience. Feel how the congruence of the wave that you have been working with, is discerning where the intention for that unification could best be noted by you and you notice it! The union of the wave, your intention, the focal point of that light, the experience of your own unique vibratory frequency and all that you know about yourself and care about within the experience of wanting to resolve and feel union, openness and nonjudgment, is all happening at the same time. It is important not to make it too complicated. You are working with different resonances that understand what is going on and you do not have to control or be in charge. This is more of a resting in. There is a wave going through and you notice what is on it, how it works, what it is about, where it goes, what it is bringing in and what it is leveling out. If you discern what those snag points have been and what is not quite working, what is involved in making it work, that observation or what is called discernment, puts the pieces together as part of its unveiling. As it unfolds, you really get the picture and instead of solving problems, what you actually become is an instrument to experience the union of all of your coordinates, all your spaces, all the parts of you that are ready to activate in the world experience. You also understand that what human beings do is separate and blame and judge, then try to resolve because there is a ramification, there is an affect of that separation and the separation happens almost before it is noted. By watching the patterns of your own experience from this detached observer space you see how the frequencies of that energy are working and what is coming together and how the foundation, is brought into a unified core space. This is what the formula of consciousness is about. When you know what that formula is for you, you are aware of the coordinates and when something happens again it is as if you are able to sense that, observe or understand what has occurred and what has been resolved. Then in that moment, you are free of having to do it again. You are now, in this moment and unattached to any outcome, which then, of course, lets you be in the experience of oneness more and more of the time. 7
