1 PNG Chin Yee Managing Director, Investment Png Chin Yee joined Temasek in July 2011 as Managing Director, Investment. Prior to joining Temasek, Chin Yee was Managing Director with UBS AG where she was the joint head of Financial Institutions Group (FIG) for Asia, Investment Banking. Chin Yee was responsible for FIG clients in Asia, including multinationals, across all FIG subsectors which included banking, life and general insurance, asset management and brokerage. Chin Yee started her career with UBS as an Analyst, Structured Finance in She then moved to the Debt Restructuring Advisory team and the Mergers and Acquisitions team in Singapore, before moving to the Financial Institutions Group in Hong Kong in August In August 2004, Chin Yee relocated back to Singapore. Chin Yee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with First Class Honours from Nanyang Technological University. She is also a CFA charterholder.

2 Ravi LAMBAH Head, Telecom, Media & Technology Co-Head, India Co-Head, Africa & Middle East Ravi Lambah is Senior Managing Director, Investments at Temasek. He is Head of Telecom, Media & Technology, Co-Head of India and Co-Head of Africa & Middle East. Before joining Temasek, Ravi was the Chief Operating Officer of ST Telemedia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek. His role comprised overseeing the company s investments and operations. ST Telemedia is an investor-operator with a significant global portfolio of telecom and media assets. Prior to ST Telemedia, Ravi spent 20 years in the financial and investment banking industry in the Asia-Pacific region. Ravi is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Management Accountant. He holds a Bachelor s degree with First Class in Commerce and Economics from India s University of Bombay.

3 Neil McGREGOR Senior Managing Director, Enterprise Development Group Neil McGregor is the Senior Managing Director of the Enterprise Development Group of Temasek. He brings to the organisation 40 years of expertise in capital markets and the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as experience in markets in Europe, Asia and Oceania. Neil is a non-independent director of Sembcorp and a director of Singapore LNG Corporation, Clifford Capital, Certis CISCO Security and the National University of Singapore s Energy Studies Institute. He is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Neil holds a BEng (Hons) from the University of Auckland, an MBA in International Finance from the University of Otago, New Zealand, and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in France.

4 Q&A LEONG Wai Leng Chief Financial Officer Head, Corporate Development Group Co-Head, Portfolio Management Leong Wai Leng joined Temasek in March 2006 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer. Wai Leng has more than 35 years of working experience holding senior management positions in three publicly listed companies and the public sector. Prior to joining Temasek, she was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Raffles Holdings Ltd and concurrently the Chief Executive Officer of Raffles International Ltd, its hotel operating and management subsidiary. Wai Leng has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Engineering Tripos and a Master of Arts from Cambridge University, United Kingdom. She also holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia.

5 Q&A WU Yibing Head, China Wu Yibing joined Temasek in 2013 and is currently Head, China. Yibing was most recently Chairman and CEO of Goldstone Investment Co. Ltd., the direct investment arm of CITIC Securities, and concurrently, President of CITIC Private Equity Funds Management, a position he held from December Yibing began his career with McKinsey, rising to become Senior Partner and Head of Asia Pacific M&A Practice. He was also General Manager of McKinsey Beijing, where he was responsible for providing M&A, corporate restructuring and IPO advisory for large Chinese enterprises. He advised a number of leading Asian companies in their international expansion efforts. He subsequently joined the Lenovo Group, and led the acquisition and integration of the IBM PC business, serving as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Integration Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer / Chief Information Officer. Yibing was later appointed to Lenovo parent Legend Holdings, as Executive Vice President responsible for the overall business operations and overseeing its direct investment business. During his tenure at Legend, he successfully led its equity investments in the financial, energy and consumer sectors, as well as a number of growth capital investments in new energy and high-tech arenas. Yibing serves on the board of China Social Entrepreneur Foundation. Yibing holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Harvard University and a BSc in Molecular Biology from University of Science and Technology of China.
