2 Behavioral Health Department Overview Continuum of Care Revenue Sources Programs/Services Mission: As an integrated component of the County of Ventura Health Care Agency system, to promote resiliency, recovery, and hope for our clients and their families by providing accessible, culturally competent, ageappropriate, cost-effective, outcome driven, client and family focused mental health and alcohol and drug services and supports.

Information Technology Mental health and alcohol and drug billing, electronic health records, and e-prescribing. Housing CALHFA = 8 units completed, another 49 units in development 20 units in River Park (Oxnard).
