In order to participate in this City of Cape Town Auction, we require this document to be completed in full and submission of all relevant documents to enable your bidding rights. Please note that this form should be completed by the person / entity who will be the purchaser of the Property. PLEASE FURTHER NOTE THAT THIS COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM TOGETHER WITH THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS MUST REACH US 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE CLOSING OF ONSITE AUCTION IN ORDER TO PERFORM THE NECESSARY CREDIT CHECKS. -Payment of the refundable Registration fee must be made 1 WEEK prior to the date of the auction. Only payments made by direct deposit or by EFT or bank guaranteed cheques will be permitted. (No cash or other cheques will be permitted) -Any refunds will only be made in South African Rand and in no other currency. Deposits can only be refunded into the nominated bank account and no other bank account.
