Once melted, add the onion and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Then add the diced tomatoes, garlic, oregano, fennel, salt, and pepper and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Transfer the mixture to the Personal Power Blender along with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately. Personal Blender 8

Once it melts add the onion, celery, and carrot and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to the Personal Power Blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds, then pour the soup into two microwave safe bowls and heat for 1 minute. Stir well, then heat for 1-2 minutes more, or until hot. Personal Blender 10
