With BMW Service Inclusive, you can have your car serviced as often as necessary at no extra cost. This applies to the entire term of validity, regardless of your maintenance intervals. This service package is available from any participating BMW dealer, BMW subsidiary or BMW Service-authorised workshop for a one-off fixed price. You can rest assured that only Original BMW Parts are used and your BMW is in the expert hands of trained professionals using stateof-the-art diagnostics technology. With BMW Service Inclusive, you decide where you want to have your BMW serviced. Because there are no limits to BMW Service Inclusive, you can even have your car serviced in other participating countries within the term of validity. All service work conducted under the BMW Service Inclusive agreement must be carried out by a participating BMW dealer, a BMW Service-authorised workshop or a BMW subsidiary. Services provided by BMW Mobile Service and service claims covered under liability for material defects remain unaffected.

Service Interval Indicator (SIA)* and Condition Based Service (CBS)** bear clear testimony to BMW s leading role in this field. SIA automatically informs you when the next service is due. It observes your personal motoring habits (such as journey lengths) and adapts the service intervals accordingly. Your dashboard tells you at a glance when your oil or brake fluid is due for replacement. And needs-based service intervals are more cost-effective than rigid service intervals. Your on-board CBS system permanently monitors oil levels and the degree of wear and tear of individual components. It also checks the time/km recommendations for service intervals. It analyses this data and tells you when a service is next due. This information can be checked at a glance in your InfoDisplay or idrive Control Display (depending on the model you drive). InfoDisplay automatically gives you four weeks notice so you can plan your service appointments well in advance and avoid any unnecessary maintenance work.
