1 Sunday, February 19, 2017 Title: Seeing Yourself in This The Message: We look in a mirror to see what we look like. If we want to see what we look like in a new piece of clothing, we look in a mirror. If we want to check our make-up, we look in the mirror. We should also be able to look at ourselves and see God at work in our lives. We should see that we are being helpful to others. We should see that we are being loving. This is the kind of person God wants us to see.

2 Sunday, February 12, 2017 Title: Different Hearts The Message: God gave us hearts to receive His love and to give love back. When we open ourselves to Him, He will live in our hearts.

3 Sunday, February 5, 2017 Title: Measure The Message: You can t measure your mustache is you don t have one. You can only measure what you do have. You can measure your height and your weight and your love for God. You can also measure God s love for us. It s endless.

4 Sunday, January 29, 2017 Title: When We See Something Being Done Wrong The Message: If you see somebody trying to eat peanuts without taking off the shells, it s probably a good idea to explain what they re doing wrong. It is okay in life to help people learn, but it is never right to make them feel bad. We should be helpful, but not critical. We have to do everything with love.

5 Sunday, January 22, 2017 Title: Spot the Difference The Message: People often have fun playing a game that requires you to look at two similar photos and spot the differences. Sometimes the changes are big and sometimes they are very small and hard to see. In our lives, if you take Jesus out of the picture, the difference is huge. Make sure Jesus is in the picture that is your life.

6 Sunday, January 15, 2017 Title: Catch and Do Not Drop The Message: If somebody throws you a water balloon, you don t want to miss it. If somebody throws you an egg, you don t want to miss it. If God sends you His love, you don t want to miss it. You want to hold on tight, because if you let any of these things go, you could end up in an awful mess.

7 Sunday, January 8, 2017 Title: Level The Message: When we build structures, it s important that they are level. In other words, they have to be straight, because a crooked building might crumble or fall down. We have to stay on-the-level too. If we keep our eye on God, and if we follow his teachings, we will be strong and we won t fall or crumble

8 Sunday, January 1, 2017 Title: Bottle Flipping The Message: Right now, bottle flipping is really popular. Kids love to flip bottled water in the air and try to get the bottle to land upright. However, it only works if there is still some water in the bottle to give it a solid base on which to stand. The same is true with people. If you add the water of baptism, then a person has a much more solid base on which to stand.

9 Sunday, December 25, 2016 Title: When to Keep Your Distance The Message: In life, we have to make choices. We have to decide what is good and what is not, what is right and what is not, what is safe and what is not, what is Holy and what is not. Those choices are the things that will draw us near to God or drive us away from sin.

10 The Children s Pageant Sunday, December 18, 2016 Title: A Let it Go Christmas Pageant The Message: The children performed a pageant that reminded us that we need to let go of the things in our lives that hold us back, and that the one thing that none of them will ever let go of is their faith in Jesus Christ.

11 Sunday, December 11, 2016 Story Title: Hearing Everybody The Message: When everybody is talking at the same time, even the best listener in the world would have trouble telling what people are saying. Only God can hear everybody at the same time. When we pray, we can be certain that God will hear us.

12 Sunday, December 4, 2016 Story Title: Learning New Things The Message: Everyday we learn new things. We learn new games. We learn about new types of food. We learn of new and faster ways to do old things. When we go to church we go to learn new things about God. If we stop learning, we stop living the way people are meant to live.
