2 VOCI DAL SUD FESTIVAL edition SELECTION RULES ARTISTS PREMISE: The association DIVIART, headquartered in San Cataldo (CL), via Marianopoli 2 below for brevity called "Organization" in order to discover and promote new artists in pop music, opera, dialect, folk and ethnic, establishing the VOCI DAL SUD FESTIVAL 2015, hereinafter for brevity called "Festival", to be held in July 2015 in Caltanissetta. Those who intend to participate, hereinafter for brevity called "Participants", should send Organization appropriate application form together with a copy of the receipt stating the payment of the registration fee, which varies depending on the type of Participants, namely: (sixty) by artist single category Children-girls fashio-young; (ninety) by artist single category Adults; (one hundred and ten) for duo or trio; (one hundred and twenty) for band of four or more components. Registrations are active from 1 January 2015 until the last date of the hearings scheduled June 30, 2015, subject to the availability of seats for each place of hearing.

3 After the last hearing, the works of the artists will have a space on-line on the website set up by the organization. All participants will be admitted to the casting of law to be held in the location selected by the referees. The location of the hearing will be represented by areas of entertainment in shopping centers, dance clubs, theaters or other facilities customarily responsible activity of show. Auditions will be held in the presence of the authors of the festival for each location. WARNING: Casting between the phase-finals are scheduled to meet "Information and Training" with professionals from the entertainment world who can participate only all participants who have passed the stage of Casting. This premise is an integral part of this Regulation. BODIES Article 1 - Artistic Board The artistic committee, which will be composed of experts of music, entertainment and communication, including Adriano Pennino, Tony Vandoni, Charly Gnocchi, Enzo Lombards, who will be joined by representatives from the world of culture and local, national and international, has the task of selecting the participants who will have access to the final selections. Each component, which will form the artistic committee, will deliver its judgment independently, individually and discretion. The opinion expressed by the artistic committee will be final and binding.

4 Article 2 - Artistic Director The Organization, the Organization relies Artistic Master Adrian Pennino, who will be entrusted with the task of the artistic supervision of the Festival. CONDUCT Article 3 - Requirements for participation in the Festival and categories Participation to the Festival singers, songwriters, complex, vocal groups, rappers, age between 4 and 35 years. For complex and vocal groups age requirements means refer to each individual component. Participants will have access to casting playing a cover of their choice, in any language, Italian or foreign, including idioms dialect. Participants will be divided into the following categories: or Children; 4-6 years or Boys; 7-11 years or Young; years or Adults; years Choreography allowed to accompany the song presented that, however, not affect the judgment of the artistic committee.

5 Article 4 - Procedure and terms of enrollment The inscription in the casting has a cost of 30 (thirty) to artist and the cost is valid for all categories. The passing positively the casting involves the completion of enrollment in the festival corresponding with the remaining share by category: individual artists for categories, Kids-Boys- Young, will have to pay the remaining sum of 30.00, individual artists for the Adult category will have to pay the remaining sum of 60.00, the duo or trio will have to pay the remaining sum of 80.00, the band of four or more components of the sum of 90.00, due for general expenses, secretarial and share socio-participant, to be paid to the Organization in one of the following ways: - Pouring immediately share the referent Once the fee payment, Participants must submit documentation to the Organization by at direzioneartisticavocidalsud@yhaoo.it. In the must be clearly stated the name of the person who made the payment, specifying the name of the artist, solo or duo-trio or band to which was attached scanned copy of the payment of the registration fee. Documentation and materials to be produced for registration: - Application form, annexed to this Regulation, filled in every part and signed. - 1 copy of the receipt confirming the payment made. - 1 A photo art and short biographical notes. - 1 Copy release the audio / video recordings. - 1 Copy consent personally. - 1 copy ID. - One (1) compact disc (audio CD) containing n. 2 (two tracks), one with music and words and music only (the above material can be sent by mail). On the registration form must be strictly indicated an

6 Participant and his telephone reference. All notices to Unitholders will be carried out by the Organization through or contact person. Incomplete applications and documentation requested material will be excluded from Festival. For Underage participants will attest, under penalty of exclusion, the signature of a parent or guardian. All material and documentation sent to the Organization and will not be returned will be destroyed after the conclusion of the Festival. Sending the application form signed by the Participant involves the acceptance of this Regulation. The same Participant expressly declares to have read, understood and approved, through the double signing of former Art of the Civil Code And the relative clauses 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13 and 14. Article 5 - Communications Organization to Participants The Organization will send their notices to Unitholders, at all stages of the Festival, exclusively to the address provided by the Participant on the registration form. 7 Article 6 - Restrictions on registration They can not participate in the Festival young artists who won the 2014 edition. Article 7 - Progress of the casting and the final stages The hearing of the participants will take place at various locations, between January 2015 and June 2015, in the areas of entertainment, in shopping centers, dance clubs, theaters or other structures usually responsible activity of show. The Organization, within 1 hour after the end of the hearing, the Participants will communicate their admission or exclusion from the final stages for participation in the Festival Voices from the South in The finals will take place at the end of July 2015 (dates will be confirmed as soon as possible but it is expected in the week between 19 and July 26), in one location which will agree all Participants admitted to all the hearings held on the territory International. Travel expenses, room and board during all phases of the Festival are the responsibility of Participants.
